Liquid Bean Coffee House — Restaurant in Lancaster

I've been coming to this place for a week now because someone referred this place to me. The prices are great & the drink I always order taste good & it's fast which is important to me since I come in the mornings after dropping off my kid at school ; I'm always in a hurry since my newborn doesn't like being in the car for long. After informing the staff that it was my first day coming there the staff was so friendly. I pulled away thinking I could come here everyday. Well I came back a few days later because I stop here after dropping my daughter off to school. I pulled up & placed my order & the lady who normally takes my order was at the window as usual. She handed me my drink, but it was missing the cookie I normally get on top so I asked her where was it & she said they were out. So the next day I pulled up & I asked if they had the cookies & I was told yes before I placed my order. Then I went on to complete my order by ordering a croissant sandwich with bacon & then I was informed their was no bacon & that they ran out so I just got my drink instead, but when it was handed to me I noticed there was no cookie so I asked where's the cookie & the lady said in a rude manner that if I wanted a cookie then I should've let them know because they don't automatically put it in. The following day I returned & placed my order as usual & the lady who normally takes my order took my order before I had pulled up to the window I'm assuming to save on time. Well once I got up to the window I realized I didn't tell her what size I wanted so I asked one of the other employees how did the lady know what size I was ordering & she asked the lady who normally takes my order & the lady said something smart & they both laughed & she made a face as though I couldn't see her. After making my drink she walks over to the window in a smart tone & said "isn't that what size you normally order? So I said no it's not." The other lady who came & brought me my drink, I asked her who was the owner & she told me her uncle. I think it's extremely unprofessional & rude to make faces at customers & to talk to them in a rude manner, but maybe the owners don't care. I came back that next day after dealing with her rudeness because I felt maybe she was just having a bad morning, but after returning the following day I noticed that it's just her personality & I haven't been back since. Now reading through the reviews I'm almost certain she's been this way with other customers. I didn't know that you could leave tips at this place until I read the comment about not leaving a tip. Maybe that's why she's been rude to me... Either way I've learned my lesson & will take my business & tips else where because it's obvious that this behavior is tolerated from the owners by I believe her name is Megan... I could see responding in this manner if I was rude or nasty to staff, but I wasn't & from the time I pulled up until I drove off, they were rude to me. I even said have a nice day & the owners niece who happens to be I believe Korean walked off. I posted this review on their Facebook page & the rudeness...

Came in early and got a pistachio iced latte, got home and took a sip and never finished it tasted so artificial and I thought maybe all the syrup was on the bottom and I just needed to mix it. NOPE it still tasted like straight up medicine. I took it back and lady was like sorry there’s nothing I can do, I said I literally took a sip and couldn’t even drink it but she went to talk to some Asian lady(maybe the owner) and she came out and just stared at me until I said “ummm can I get this switched” , she said “ what’s wrong with it” I proceeded to tell her and she’s like “have you ordered before” and I said no and she said next time I can’t refund or change it, I can’t let you sample the whole cup, I don’t think she understood but whatever she changed it to a Vietnamese coffee for me with a attitude.

Like I understand you’re a small business but come on now, at least try to take the constructive criticism and try to fix it without the attitude. If I pay $7 for a coffee I hope to like it or get it fixed to how it should taste . All in all don’t get the pistachio iced latte you...

I come here regularly, recently I got a drink (I always ask for almond milk, can't have dairy) someone made my drink and I went off to work, I drank some of it and proceeded to have insane abdominal pain for the rest of the day, worse than cramps, I know how my body reacts to having dairy and I know there had to be something wrong with the drink. I went back the next day to explain the incident just hoping to get an exchange and I brought the drink with me, I hadn't even drank half of it. The owner proceeded to call me a liar, saying she made my order herself (she did not) and that if it didn't taste like almond milk it was probably because of the low calorie almond milk she bought this time, I explained I did not say it didn't TASTE like almond milk. I said it gave me severe abdominal pain, she then said I must've caught something somewhere else just badgering me and insisting I was lying. I told her not to make it again and give me a refund and left....
