Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Lancaster

If I could give it no stars I would. Decided to Postmates my order even though I live down the street because every time I get this for food, it takes over 20 minutes in the drive thru per car. With a child, that wait feels like an eternity. So I placed an order for Postmates and ordered 3 corn dogs, 2 strawberry pineapple lemonades, 2 chili cheese dogs, and a large fry. Very simple order, but cost over $40. My Postmates showed up with my food. Upon looking at the order, we noticed we only had 1 chili dog and it was missing cheese. The fries were cold and limp, and one of the lemonades was just filled with fruit and had MAYBE a sixth of the cup being actual lemonade. So I decided to call not about the awful food quality, but for the missing item. Phone rang for about three minutes and no answer. Got disconnected so decided to call again, as I was not willing to accept paying $12 for one chili cheese dog THAT DIDNT EVEN HAVE CHEESE. When the employee finally answered my call she was incredibly rude and offered the poorest customer service I have ever received, claiming it was either my fault or Postmates fault, not at all theirs. She also claimed that I was reading my orders receipt wrong and definitely did not get charged what MY BANK STATEMENT SHOWS I WAS CHARGED. But nope, not their problem. Bottom line, do not eat here. It is not worth the 40-60 minute wait in the drive thru for mediocre at best (and even THAT is a generous statement) OVERPRICED hot dogs given with the AV’s literal WORST customer...

I was at this location today and the person in front of me had an issue with thier order, the way the felt they had been treated by the cashier while ordering, and was clearly hurt. Then the manager or maybe just another employee, Alexis (but she surely should be in a supervisor position ) stepped in and offered herself as a buffer to the situation she humanized her customer and helped her with her problem reassured the customer she would be taken care of properly and did. The food was as any wienerschniztel would be but that employees ability to really help her coworker and that customer work that out was really above and beyond and awesome to see some one just do the right thing. I wanted to make sure you know Alexis your talant and abilities was definitely seen and appreciated even just by us and I know by that woman you helped. I hope your boss reads this and give you a promotion and we'll earned pay increase you could have surely lost a few customers today and Alexis really went above an beyond to help keep your customers not just happy but understood with absolute dignity for anyone involved. I had a really awesome visit here this day and the girl there really made me a satisfied customer. I went there thinking I had coupons and I only had a certain amount of money, but I found that I didn't have the coupons, so I ordered the 5 chili dogs for $5.95 deal. When I got to the window I explained all that to her and she told me that if I fillwd out the customer satisfaction survey on the receipt right then I could get a buy 1 get one free chili dog, plus she would give me a free ice cream cone. So I pulled over to the side and started to fill out the survey, but she brought out my cone before I even did it, she saw I was having a problem holding the cone and doing my survey all at once so she offered to help me, which I so greatly appreciated. She typed what I told her while I ate my cone then I gave her my card and she brought me 2 more chili dogs, so I thanked her and left, with a smile on my face and happiness...
