I should have believed the bad reviews. This is, without a doubt, the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. I ordered curbside delivery (parked in slot 8) in an attempt to beat the lunchtime rush as I am on a limited lunch window. After waiting in my assigned slot for over 20 minutes, watching countless cars get their food before mine, I went inside to the take out counter to inquire about my order. I stood there waiting to be helped for about 10 minutes. I initially thought it was because they were too busy to help me, but the cashier sought out and helped 2 customers who entered the store and got in line AFTER ME! The cashier finally got to me and I was frustrated by this point. He was in a blue shirt so I'm assuming he was a manager? I explained my case and shortly after the food runner came to me with my food. She had the audacity to tell me that I wasn't in the parking lot when she checked. THE APP LITERALLY WILL NOT PROCESS YOUR ORDER UNTIL ARE PARKED CURBSIDE!!! I asked her if she SPECIFICALLY checked slot 8 as specified in the app and she replied, "I checked everywhere".. I saw this lady give people their food in the lot. She DID NOT have an extra bag of food in her hands and she DID NOT come anywhere near my car. I wouldn't have gone inside after waiting for 30 minutes if she had. When you make a mistake, own up to it. I would've at least accepted that better and not type up this long review. But, to blame someone else for your mistake? In front of your boss?! That took me over the edge. It took everything I had to not lose my mind at that point. It goes without saying that my grilled chicken sandwich was room temp and the fries were flat out cold since it was just sitting there. I would've asked for fresh food (fries at least), but I was already behind schedule for returning to work and the employees really seem like they don't care anyway. Never again, that...
Read moreHorrible experience at this location.I Placed my curbside order at 6:57pm and went and parked. By the restaurant because the curbside spots which are located all the way on the other side of the street were full. I waited for 10 minutes then called the number attached to this specific location Google page and no one picked up. So I moved to the curbside spot and parked in one of the numbered spaces.I sat and waited another 20 minutes fearing that if I moved I wouldn’t get my food. After waiting for what seemed like forever and trying to call the restaurant without any answer, I pulled out of the curbside spot and soon as I pulled up to the entrance door of the restaurant a worker flagged me down and handed me the food which by this time was all cold and soggy. I pulled up to the drive through line and calmly spoke with the worker there explaining why I was joining the line, without hesitation she said to proceed to the window so I did. At the window I explained to the workers what happened and the manager was very rude and quickly blamed me stating that I should have called the store if I didn’t see anyone coming. I explained that I did and he said he didn’t get any call. So I pulled out my phone and showed proof. He then turned and said that’s not the stores number. I was shocked , I said this is the number listed for this store on Google. He said oh someone in the advertising department must have put the wrong number and went on to say next time I should come into the store instead of calling and that others wouldn’t replace my order like he was doing me a favor. There are many reasons why people place curbside orders , currently I have a foot injury and it’s difficult to walk on it. There was zero accountability on their end. I will never return to...
Read moreLove Chick fil A.... BUT THIS LOCATION IS THE WORST!! Fries often cold and not filled, as expensive as Chick Fil A is my meal should be hot..but anyway the problem I have is that I go to this location tonight about 9:30. I ordered a simple meal. 30 pc nuggets and grilled chicken club meal with a ice tea. $28! Glanced in the bag and saw all the sauces and fries and it felt heavy enough so I pulled off. Get all the way home to discover it was 3 spicy chicken sandwich combos. I rush back there and pull up to the drive thru window and they were closing. I just wanted some one to acknowledge me and say something. Three to four employees just looked at me several times and continued to go on as if I wasn't there. The young boy that took my order knew why I was back and I saw him go to the back.. I'm assuming tell the manager that a customer was at the window to which the manager or anyone came to the window. The workers were laughing and talking and just ignored me for the 5 mins I was there tapping on the window and blowing my horn. All I wanted was for someone to acknowledge my problem and give me a credit to come back tomorrow or something. That was $28 wasted because my family doesn't eat spicy chicken sandwiches, which is what I was given. So I had to leave there and go to popeyes and spend another $25 to feed my family. Should have just went there to start with. Had a taste for Chik Fil A but this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth and I will DEFINITELY not be going back to this location and telling everyone I know not to as well. More customer service training is needed. The level of disrespect from the young people working there is unacceptable and needs to...
