UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE: Customer service gave me a $50 reward for this. I went today on 06/26/25 And ordered online a big rib dinner with brisket on the side. I get there they bring out my order and I checked my bag to make sure the ribs were good and not undercooked and chewy this time and To no surprise, there’s only four ribs and no brisket. The order is completely wrong. It’s supposed to be 10 ribs with brisket on the side plus the sides I ordered were not large sides that come with a Bigrib Dinner smh I didn’t even correct him with that. I just took the regular sides.smh they kept coming out and looking at the ticket and trying to correct it. I stood there and waited for 15 minutes for them to figure it out and then to top it all off the waitress brings me out a Coke that has Coke all on the lid running down the side. I had to ask her for napkins so I could clean up the Coke so I could carry it out to my car. The service here is terrible Every time I come here the order is wrong or the service is Below standard. I don’t believe I will be returning to RibCrib!
Waited 26 minutes to order drinks. Waited another 33 min for our food. The ribs were rubbery and undercooked. They were so tough i had to rip the meat from the bone with my teeth. We have eat here before and they always fell off the bone. I had to go FIND the waitress twice. She never came back and checked on us even once. Once she gave me the just a min finger so went back to our table to wait. Ten minutes later still no waitress instead she chose to take to go orders on the phone because to go orders are apparently more important than the people actually sitting at her table waiting…..waiting…….waiting….smh for the price RibCrib needs...
Read moreWell, we just ate at The Rib Crib in Lawton. Safe to say, we will not be going back anytime soon, even later for that matter. The waitress was annoying as hell. Favorite saying was "No problem". Now, it all started when there was only one set of silverware at the table. She kept saying she would get me some. When asked again, she said "I just have to go roll it up." Well, food came and she ended up giving me some plastic ware saying she didn't want to make me wait. How long does it take to get some clean silverware? Anyways, on to the food. Linda got the smokey grilled chicken sandwich with seasoned fries. She said the sandwich was okay albeit very plain and a thin piece of chicken breast. It is bad when the seasoned fries were better than the sandwich. I got the baby back ribs with cowboy beans and onion rings. Well, the ribs were VERY dry and had almost no flavor. The beans were okay but the best part of my dinner, aside from the company, was the onion rings and the texas toast. Pretty sad actually when the sides are better than the main dinner item. Also, the dill pickles had almost no taste. The sauces were not good at all. The original, to me, tasted a bit old. The hot bbq sauce was just nasty, and the carolina sauce had way to much mustard. Not a pleasant experience. Next time it will be home cooked...
