We had A very negative experience with our first appliance purchase RTO from here so we did end up sending the washer and dryer back to them after about 8 months. This was extremely frustrating after 8 months of 150.00 a month invested in the set. I initially requested the smoky colored washer and dryer set and I really wanted a new set since the price was so much monthly and ownership was to be after 18 months of paying. When they delivered, it was a USED WHITE SET. You could see that the dryer was a used appliance with obvious wear and tear. Had to run a simple load more than once and often more than 3 times to have dry clothes results. Not what we asked for. Very horrible customer service when it came to being honest. Was promised many times that the NEW SMOKE colored set was on order and would replace this USED WHITE older models soon. After 8 months, requested the set be picked up. Did receive an incentive vial USPS stating a first monthly payment of only six (6) bucks as opposed to the initial payment of 162 bucks. So tempting so I did agree to trying it again plus, we had CHLOTHES that were badly in need of washing from all 5 people in my household. We had absolutely nothing clean to wear plus, many changes in how things are handled and receiving merchandise that WE wanted and needed, not lied to about the condition of the products as we have been contiously for 8 months, Because the store was now UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT And all staff I was promised as being a totally new and we'll trained crew. Read moreTerrible customer service. Went in on Thursday afternoon. Had to wait until the next afternoon for delivery. So much for “Free Same Day Delivery” even with a store full of employees. Upon delivery my NEW dryer was defective and made a horrible grinding sound when turned on. Aside from that it didn’t come with a dryer vent hose. I called the store to tell them about it and Matt proceeded to tell me that he had just taken it out of the box and it was brand new, basically dodging the issue vs finding a resolution. When the manager took over the call without introduction he was able to offer a solution which was appreciated. Day 3, the stand in dryer arrives, again no vent hose, and this time the wrong plug was attached. I called the store to rectify this simple mistake and instead of an apology and quick resolution the MANAGER tells me all his trucks are out and asks me if I can come up to pick one up. Under normal circumstances this would be an acceptable solution; however, my 2 year old is taking a nap. He asks if I can come up later to which I replied “No” because I shouldn’t have to. His response to this was absolutely unacceptable from a member of management. An exacerbated sigh and “Come on man.” Absolutely not. This level of unprofessionalism is intolerable. When Customer Service opens on Monday I will call and handle this situation on another level with someone more capable of an acceptable level of customer service. Read moreWe came in and David Russell was the one that help us. He apologized over the delay and told us we would get our furniture. He was calm, attentive, understanding and polite even though I was being difficult and very upset. He continued to help and in the end he resolved all our issues. He did such an outstanding job rewriting our contract with the penny sale, that we decided to add more furniture to our contract, which wasn’t in my husbands and I plan to do at all today. We really appreciate that he took the time to fix the discrepancies in our agreement. We had to stay later due to the fact that they were short staffed and there were many customers waiting, which wasn’t the fault of staffing. Tobi Lee was the one who delivered our furniture. He was extremely nice about it even though he had to stay about an hour later (so did the rest of the staff due to being short-staffed). He set up our furniture quickly and efficiently. We are so grateful for David Russell and Tobi Lee. Without them we would be sleeping...
