Bella Ballerina Leesburg is inconsistent in there service, care, and guidelines.
Initially, young children where is smaller classes and spaced out appropriately with optional masks regardless of age. In the last few months, masks have been more prevalent, but when my daughter forgot her mask today, I did not force her to where one. Especially, since other children in the class do not have to wear them and half wear them incorrectly anyway.
When I was asked why my daughter was not wearing a mask, I told them not all children where wearing so why does my daughter have to? I was told quiet rudely that the other child was 4 and not required to. I cited the CDC guidelines requiring children 2 and up to wear masks. What evidence is Bella Ballerina making their own guideline based on?
The lead teacher, Ms. Gabby, walked rudely away and asked if I would like to speak to the manager - I said I did. The manager, Jen, was quite confrontational and rude. I admittedly responded back harshly as well and again asked why they were not following the CDC guidelines. Either follow them are d o not, but do not pick a random age to implement on your own.
I was asked to leave which I did. They asked me if I would like to speak to the owner, I said I would. He or she has yet to reach out to me.
Let me be clear - I think the COVID guidelines Gov Northman has put in place are too stringent and should have been lifted months ago to avoid economic and psychological effects that will impact us all for years to come, however I am tired of having to live in a bubble because others are fearful of a VIRUS that most people especially children age 4-6 do not have complicating factors from.
My second complaint, the instructors are constantly changing from class to class which is also not ideal for anyone especially young children.
My third complaint, the technology on their website rarely works properly such as when classes are having to changed.
I would not recommend sending your child to this...
Read moreWe absolutely love this studio! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and knew it was the perfect place for our little one. This has been her first season here, and it has been such a wonderful experience watching her grow, learn, and have fun each week. The environment is warm, friendly, and well-organized, making it easy for both parents and kids to feel comfortable.
Miss Eloise is truly amazing! She has such a special way with the childrenâher energy, patience, and enthusiasm make every class engaging and enjoyable. She keeps the little ones excited to participate while also creating a structured and positive learning experience. Itâs clear that she loves what she does, and it reflects in how much the kids adore her.
Weâve seen so much progress in our childâs confidence, coordination, and overall enjoyment, and we couldnât be happier with our experience. We highly recommend this studio to any parent looking for a fun and supportive place for their child to...
Read moreA fantastic, fun place to bring your child for dance class. I have a four-year-old who is so excited for dance each week. In her class, they do story time, ballet, jazz, tap, and a costume dress-up time. The best aspect is the teacher. Ms. Bella is like a real life Disney Princess â always so cheerful, positive, patient, and encouraging to each student. This is not a stuffy, competitive environment â and at least personally, I donât think that would be ideal for kids this young. They end up learning important skills for their age like taking turns, being respectful to other students, following instructions, as well as some foundational dance skills â all in a nurturing, fun, and supportive environment. What more could you ask for? I definitely encourage anyone interested to give them a try, and you will not be...
