I was enticed to come here because of their cheap prices on their pupusas. If I remember correctly, they’re about $3.25 each!!! Amazing price point, considering most places charge $5+ for each one. I ordered to go. I open it up and it looked good. However, to my disappointment, I tried to cut my pupusa and struggled with cutting it. Pupusas shouldn’t be hard to cut? I flip it over and I find that the other side of the pupusa was left on the stove for too long, causing the pupusa to get overcooked. It wasn’t burnt, but it was definitely overcooked. So much so that even the cheese that usually oozes out was so overcooked I couldn’t even bite into the cheese without it being crunchy and not good at all!! That’s my favorite part is eating that cheese that comes out from the sides :/ I checked all 4 and they were all like that. One side was perfect, the other side was too well done. I called to let them know that for next time PLEASE pay attention to the cook time. I really want to give this place another chance because the are very reasonably priced but I would really like for them to not skimp out on quality of the food. Will try again in the future...

The chicken tamal was amazing and the pupusa had so much flavor that I was wondering where all that flavor was coming from. The staff was also very friendly and helpful suggesting the most traditional and popular dishes. Definitely wanting to come back. Thank you for your...
