I ordered two cakes online; received one with spelling errors and another in the wrong design The girl working behind the counter that night was very nice and helped fixed the spelling error. She didn't know why the second cake was made in the wrong design and was very apologetic. She wrote down my contact information and told me to take the cake and on Monday Leslie will be calling me to issue a refund. When I did not get a call on Monday I reached out to the store. Leslie informed me that they don't offer refunds if a customer takes the goods. I was surprised since that's not what the previous girl told me. Leslie said she'll have her manager give me a call and that didn't happen. I reached out again the next day and was told the same thing by the manager. I had to further explain that I would not have ever taken the cake if I knew I wouldn't be able to get a refund. The manager first made excuses and said the girl working that night is new and didn't know the proper procedures in these situations, when I pushed back and said I shouldn't be punished for their employee's mistakes, the manager LIED and said well the girl did warn me. The way she choose to handle this is insulting and unprofessional. She eventually took back the false accusation and agreed to have the owner call me by the end of the week. It's been more than a week and I have not gotten a call back from the manager or owner...
To anyone who wants to order from this location: be flexible because you might not get what you ordered, and be a push-over because they will not honor their words... if you are not willing to put up with any of that, take your...
Read moreThe most shocking and distressing part of my visit, however, was the abhorrent behavior of the staff. The staff was discriminatory towards me, a person of color and minority. After I had made full payment online, they demanded an additional payment for the cake. When I refused, proving that I had already paid in full, one of the staff members literally ripped the cake out of my arms, in the process assaulting me and further damaging the cake. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable, and I am still shaken by the incident.
This traumatic experience at Baskin Robbins has severely impacted my view of the brand. It is with regret that I find myself rating this store with a single star. Their horrendous service, complete disregard for customer satisfaction, and, most importantly, aggressive and unacceptable behavior have left me with no other choice. Ice cream shops should bring smiles to people, not physical and verbal assault.

Read their descriptions very very carefully (you might need a magnifying glass to do so since it is very tiny)... I am sensitive to dairy and I asked the person there which ice cream was dairy free... She told me that there was only one flavor. She did give me a taste, but the sample was so small that the dairy taste wasn't in the sample. I then ordered a scoop and when I took a real taste of the ice cream I could right away taste the dairy. I went back in to ask her if she was sure that it was dairy free to which she replied yes but that she will double check. It turns out it was not and that it contains dairy. They would not refund my money even though it was clearly their mistake when I specifically asked which flavors were dairy free... I will NEVER set foot in that place again.
