This place has the worse customer service we placed an order at 8:34 our food did not arrive till 9:51 in which it was suppose to make it at 9:14 we called before our food arrived and they said it was sent out at 9:10 so you can only imagine how cold the pizza was than we open it and it's not even the correct order the manager says we can only compensate us 3 dollars for them being late it's not even the point of them being late things happen give us a courtesy call or something but don't have an attitude and try and make us eat some cold ass pizza mind you the manager was on the phone when the pizza man arrived we telling her it's cold she place us on hold and never pick up again we get to the store and Teresa who claims to be the manager acts yo have an attitude with us didn't greet us or would not make eye contact I'm a nurse now what if I treat her grandmother like that than I'll be wrong but Teresa needs to be fired or washing dishes now I'm at Yoshinoya still trying to get food since 8:30 thanks a lot PIZZA...
Read moreI ordered from here last Thursday, and it was not a great experience for me. I ordered online through the website, two pizzas and some breadsticks for delivery. I waited the stated wait time, and then some. I called the place back, and they said that the order had not been delivered because they were unable to call me back. They said that I had typed in my phone number wrong, which I am more than willing to accept as my fault...except, the number they said I typed could not have been possible. I don't see how on any keyboard a '2' could be fat-fingered into a '4'. But the restaurant said that they would try to re-deliver the order as soon as possible. After another long wait, my friend called the restaurant on my behalf. The receptionist said that they had forgotten about sending out re-delivery. Read moreI'm not a picky person when it comes to food errors, it happens, I've worked the food industry before. However when you skirt the product quality and substitute with less adequate product and try to sell it as the original advertised product, thats where the issues will become noticeable. I have been to multiple Pizza Hut while I do work travel and have occasionally order Boneless Wings. Every PH until now has had Medium Sized Boneless Wing Chunks that barely fit into the Dipping Sauces Packs. This time I received these tiny things that are smaller than McDonald's Chicken Nuggets, something you'd get from the frozen food section in a Friday's box. This is a 16 Piece order and shouldve filled most of the bowl. As you can see in the pic this only covers the bottom. A normal 24 piece would be flowing to the top or they would use the next larger bowl size.
