If I could give no stars i would but anyways ..Really horrible service I ordered the shrimp tacos and just got two flour tortillas and cabbage and shrimp still had a hard shell on end of it and no sauce, no guac,or sourcreme at alI.had to ask the Host if he could bring me all missing items..and also the waitress i believe her name is Paty was very rude saying i asked you if anything else needed after she left and she was gone like 30 min when she come back grab an empty glass and walk off fast did not give me a chance to talkI had to walk to the open bar to get drink because she took so long.Also my Daughters hamburger was burnt and brought cold with missing mayo..After we explained to Fabian the Manager what happen and she still was arguing with us Over the Manager while he was talking that shes been there over 21 years The Manager told her to leave like 5 times ..My wife told her she was rude and still kept talking saying thats the first time anyone ever said that which is not true..The Manager He was great and Resolved our issue ..I would beware of this waitress shes got...

After ma meeting in the LAX area, we decided to have lunch at Hanger 18 Bar + Kitchen, the cafe located inside the Marriott hotel at LAX, and had a mixed experience. The fish taco was absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. The bacon burger, on the other hand, was truly fantastic - juicy, flavorful, and satisfying. However, I found the fish and chips to be rather mediocre. The fish lacked the desired crispiness, and the overall taste fell short of expectations.

Fortunately, the service at Hanger 18 was commendable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and ensured a pleasant dining experience. Moreover, the environment of the cafe exuded a modern vibe, creating a stylish and comfortable atmosphere.

I actually ate at this restaurant twice while on business. The 1st day was okay. My server and the customer service was good, however my steak was tough and the potatoes and broccoli seemed old. The second day I visited for a to go order. My server was Sarah, who was really sweet. After placing my order I noticed I had been waiting a long time for a salad. So there was one server at the bar. She was an older lady wearing a Drew Brees Jersey. I asked her if I could check on the progress of my order, she rudely dismissed me and basically told me in the most rudest way that I had to wait on the other server to find out. This made me feel like I wasn’t as valued as every other customer at the bar. Companies must realize customer service is so IMPORTANT. Hopefully that’s something you all can invest in. Maybe some customer service...
