My server and the customer service was good, however my steak was tough and the potatoes and broccoli seemed old. The second day I visited for a to go order. My server was Sarah, who was really sweet. After placing my order I noticed I had been waiting a long time for a salad. So there was one server at the bar. She was an older lady wearing a Drew Brees Jersey. I asked her if I could check on the progress of my order, she rudely dismissed me and basically told me in the most rudest way that I had to wait on the other server to find out. This made me feel like I wasn’t as valued as every other customer at the bar. Companies must realize customer service is so IMPORTANT. Hopefully that’s something you all can invest in.
