Starbucks at Marriott Residence Inn, LAX I’ve visited a lot of Starbucks locations over the years — this was easily my least favourite. We stopped in early in the morning 9am ish hoping for a quick coffee and a peaceful start to the day. Unfortunately, all the outdoor tables were dirty, with no staff seeming to care rush to clear them, which had that used from yeaterday feeling. The music inside was cranked louder than usual for a Starbucks, which made it hard to relax or even hold a conversation, hence going outside. The coffee itself was solid (as expected — Starbucks usually gets that right), but the service felt indifferent at best. The staff looked like they were just trying to get through the shift — no smiles, no warmth, just transactional energy and a clear “you must answer yes to this question” which was the top option, fair enough but not used to being asked in such a forceful way. The whole space felt a bit tired — not the cleanest or most welcoming atmosphere, especially for a spot located inside a Marriott near LAX

This location is located in residential inn by LAX. Have used many times when I stay at the Hyatt as it is an easy walk. Went yesterday and saw a huge sign now that won’t let you use the bathroom in the lobby which they always did with a key. I’m sorry I ordered a $10 plus coffee have been a black and gold Starbucks holder as well as a Starbucks visa which they also discontinued and now I can’t even use the ladies room?! I think it’s a cleaning and neighborhood thing however for some of your best customers I think it’s terrible. I can’t support the we are in the city and don’t want to offer services like a normal business that serves food and drinks. Sad my coffee was good and staff friendly.

I recently visited the Starbucks near the Residence Inn Marriott at LAX and was thoroughly impressed! This Starbucks stands out with its unique charm and lively ambiance. The staff here are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make every visit special. Whether you're grabbing a quick coffee before a flight or sitting down to catch up on work, the environment is welcoming and energetic. It's also super convenient to order right from the app, making it a breeze to pick up your favorite drinks and snacks on the go. Definitely a five-star experience with top-notch service and a cozy, rock-on vibe!

I’m a regular costumer at Starbucks all over the world and i love their coffee so much, i’ve never had any problem with any branch except for this branch. I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for a week and ordering everyday and the morning shift on July 15 -today were really racist and they had a real problem with me. At first i thought they didn’t understand my order but to get me wrong every time i order and to delay my orders on purpose and also the tone they were using to speak to me was obviously different then the others and that’s unacceptable. They where really rude and they would act like i was stupid. They made me the wrong order and when i told them they said if you want me to do it again ( as if i changed my mind) i’ll do it and they did it wrong for the second time, and i was already late i had to get the wrong order and leave.

Unfortunately there was no name tag to get the names and report them to the people incharge. Really...

Very very rude customer service . We are in rush and left the Cafe in hurry . When I was bit far away from the Cafe the young girl start screaming and calling me . She was saying I left something. I thought I left my phone I went back she said you left your trash. I asked her if she called me from middle of the road just to throw my coffee cup into the rubbish bin. She very rudely told me well that's what you should do. I never had this experience. No where in Starbucks put notice to throw your rubbish before you leave. We do this voluntarily. I gave her 25% tip for her arrogant rude service while I was ordering. Coffee was half a cup. I guess Starbucks should train first to their employees how to behave first. Very low standard. Not ordering anything from you guys anymore. Poor...
