Rosebud Motel — Hotel in Loveland

I came here a few weeks ago in March, and all I have to say is this - To begin with the lady was very nice and had a cute dog! It was a good meet and the office was clean and presentable even had coffee! She was the first person to say "If you need anything let me know. If you have towels that need to be taken to be wash let me know" I want to mention that during my stay I did not catch bed bugs, lice, crabs, whatever you may think of lower side hotels/motels. The sheets, pillows, and counter tops, fridge and bathroom appeared and smelled to be clean. Also towels and toilet paper in stock and the shower curtain even had detail lol it was tucked neatly. In eyes view it was clean and nice. The mini fridge worked and the microwave worked! Which was a plus because I've stayed at other places which did not have a working microwave. My husband would probably add on that the tv was up to date lol. The neighbors were quiet and kept to themselves. This is a good motel to stay at in my opinion and that's that. Given its reputation and proximity to other motels that I would not recommend, I was pleasantly surprised that this location. From the outside it is unassuming and perhaps even run down looking, but the room was surprisingly clean, up-to-date and comfortable. The owners and management are the same as those of the Gateway Motel however, so I can only assume that the same way the Gateway is run is how this place is run I was only a guest there for two nights but in those two nights there were no problems. In fact I had overslept until an hour after checkout and I was not bothered, harassed or even charged extra for having been there late. Management is excellent and does the absolute best with what they are given to work with. The side yard is very beautiful and nice to lay around during the day and visit with others who are also enjoying the nice space to lounge in. The grounds are extremely well kept. Beautiful flowers and lawn always mowed. Rooms are clean no bugs and new floors in some Extremely accommodating to your needs. They are awesome to my dog and just extremely kind people running this motel now. Thank you for all that you've done with this property.
