I truly enjoy the happy attitudes of the young people that are employed at the Dutch Bros. I understand that they're probably required to make small talk and ask about each customer's day, however they usually come off as sincere in their interest in your answer. If you look at their menu online there are so many different flavor combinations and options at first it was overwhelming. It took several hits and misses, but I finally found my favorite drink which makes ordering much easier. The app makes it easy to pay, easy to keep track of points and and easy to redeem your points for free drinks. Every Dutch Bros is busy as heck in the morning. Every so often there are issues with traffic due to cars overflowing from the drive-thru lanes, but they're usually caused by oblivious and entitled people who refuse to follow the very clear and simple directions posted in the Drive-Thru. Dutch Bros has been proactive in design and streamlined their ordering service by having employees come to your car and take your order while you're in line. Just because the employees are young doesn't mean you don't need to tip well, especially In the heat of the summer and the cold of the winter when they're coming out to take your order in whatever the weather...
Read moreSo I went to this location this morning and while I was waiting for my mobile pick up order at the walk-up window there were several other customers there including a mother and her young child and one of the Baristas who had longer curly hair decided to yell out at what I can only assume is a customer that is there quite a bit get your ass over here cuz his order was ready talk about the most unprofessional inappropriate thing you could say number one with customers their number two there was a child there if I would have had my child I would have been at that window making sure that his boss understood what an inappropriate thing that was regardless whether there was children there or not you do not say something like that with customers around it definitely makes me never want to go back to this location again and I really expect the manager and the owner of this business to take immediate action to correct...
Read moreIf I could give this place more stars for service, I would. I don’t live near a Dutch bros (RIP my coffee life), so I don’t get to order frequently. I don’t really know what “my” drink is there so I try new things every time. This Friday, the person who helped me walked me through all my sugar free options and helped me order a drink that tasted exactly like Nutella (but we substituted hazelnut for almond because almond doesn’t come in sugar free—they thought of everything!). They also gave me a little straw charm to put on my reusable straws and had a wonderful conversation with me at the window. I don’t know the name of the person who helped me, but this is the kind of service I get at almost every Dutch bros I visit. This one was just a smidge above the rest and I HAD to leave a review. Thank you,...
