
Great employees there, unfortunately ran by management that only seems to be concerned with making a quick buck and charging his employees for breaking glass yet won't equip their store shelves with mats to prevent glass on glass shelving.
I've been interested in a few artist pieces there for purchasing, the employees so their due parts and follow up with management, taking down my information. Yet management seems to have no interest in following up with serious inquiries.
Several visits to the store only left me disappointed when I would go to purchase glass extensions, new thermal buckets, etc. Etc. Only to be told they don't have my size, or they don't carry 14mm stuff in stock often etc.
The employees were constantly trying I make things happen and make a sale for me, trying various different solutions. Alas, they can only do so much.
I'm giving Good Vibes Glass Art a 5 star simply for the over-and-above customer service the employees consistently provide.
But hope this overly detailed review will at least grab managements attention to take a second look at their logistics, inventory, and perhaps their store set up to prevent accidental inventory loss as employees show piece...
Read moreMy husband and I have been very happy customers for quite a while. Alex is the absolute best! Recently, we had to cheat on Good Vibes because our Elfbars were out of stock. Big mistake! Huge! We went to a new store by Little Caesars, let's just call it "Calm Marigold," where we were told, without asking, that their Elfbars were authentic and ordered directly from Elfbar. (Not sus at all, right?) It was $48 for two. We went back a second time and it was $67 for two! They did not work for more than an hour. So, heads hanging because of our cheating, we returned to Good Vibes. Alex was very forgiving and incredibly helpful, as he always is, and we purchased two more. We were very happy they were in stock AND they worked, as they always do! We got home and noticed that there is a clear difference in the appearance of the bars purchased from the two different places. After scanning barcodes, Good Vibes is 100% authentic and the other place's barcode couldn't be verified! We will never cheat, again! Read moreEditing my review to update based on the owners actions: The young lady up front was extremely friendly and helpful. She was new, and absolutely has her job down. I had one manager refuse to return way over-expired food products I purchased in their exotic snacks/drinks section without calling the owner to discuss. It was our first time in the shop so I was taken aback. The owner reached out to me by response here on google and made everything right almost immediately. He reiterated that manager should have just done the return in the first place. I came into the shop to process the return, and it was the same friendly lady at the front. She showed they came in and threw away all the expired products, and re ordered fresh ones stating it wouldn’t happen again and they apologized without ask. Great way to handle a tough situation and saved a customer. I will be back 👍 thank you to the kind young lady (wish I could name her here)...
