This is BY FAR the ABSOLUTE WORST location I have ever been to. The staff is awful! They always mess up the ordggg gvvgvvvvvvvvger and you're always waiting for over 10 minutes no matter what. We've tried to give it multiple chances but it has failed every time. The first time the cashier "Jamie" didn't listen to anything and we had to repeat and corrext our order four separate times. The second time the staff in the back was yelling at each other and that same cashier Jamie, along with cursing in front of customers. We had asked for a side of sour cream and the back of the house literally said that "just because jts on my screen doesn't mean you'll get it right away" after we had already had our food for several minutes. This third time, and the final time I will be going here was the worst. We waited for half an hour before receiving our food. When placing the order the cashier was so high that it took him 5 minutes to find the button for the one thing we ordered. We went to get sauce packets and napkins and the napkins were flat in the dispenser so I made it so you could grab them and the girl sticking them immediately took the cap off and reflattened them. We waiting for the first 20 minutes and watched 6 different people get their food who had ordered after us. A soda spilled near us so while my fiance went to see where our food was I went to get more napkins to clean it and had to fix the napkins the girl sticking flattened them again and when I told her she was making it so no one could get the napkins she simply looked at me and walked away. Now at 30th minutes of wait I g my fiance was told that they never even pit our order in and they were making it now. We had ordered 3 of the same burrito but we were told tje order was only 2 so the cashier had messed it up. When we told the girl who handed us the food this and that we had been waiting for 30 minutes while 6 other people got their food and all who ordered after us she said "that sucks sorry". Read moreI’m not one to take time out of my day to complain, but my visit to this Taco Bell was very unpleasant. I pull up to the Taco Bell on 1330 Lincoln ave, of course there are a few cars in front so I wait patiently until I approach the speaker. I’m not greated, instead I wait two minutes before the cashier, Marie G., quickly says “be with you in a few”. Five minutes go by, she gets back on with an attitude in her voice, says she can’t hear me no matter how loud or clearly I enunciated. My boyfriend was yelling over me in the passenger seat where she finally got the order down. I pull up to pay, she flung open the window, made NO eye contact and repeated the order in a extremely monotone manner. At that point I just wanted to pay and leave. She hands me my bag, containing only three of the six items, almost forgot my drink and then shut the window. No “have a good day” or anything. I sat waiting for her to realize I was still trying to get her attention. She walked by the window four times. Took two different orders. Then proceeded to fling the window open and read the screen without making eye contact. Then, she looks over with her hand out to take money, and then gives me a nasty look and says “oh”. I was fed up with her attitude at this point and asked for her manager. She actually rolled her eyes and shut the window. A couple seconds later a brunette girl with white gauges came to the window. I started explained to her how the employee taking orders was very rude and had an attitude. I handed her back my food and waited to see how she wanted to fix the issue. She was chatting with the employee, Marie G., around the corner. I noticed that they were LAUGHING as if it was funnier to ruin someone’s experience then to just throw in the few items. Came through the drive thru and the drive thru chick complained that it was a long order ( I have 3 combo meals, a burrito and a Mexican pizza). Then I get home and find out I'm missing all the tacos with the combos, the burrito and a soft taco from one of the combos. Tried calling the store and no one answered so I drive back and tried calling again and a guy answered extremely rude. I asked for the manager and he kept saying how can I help you very rudely, I said are you a manager a 3rd time and he replied well I wouldn't be asking how can I help you of I wasn't now I'm really busy what do you want. Every bit of my soul wanted to scream at this guy. Well I get to the store and no one came up to the counter, finally the drive thru girl came over, I told her about the missing items on my order, she went back and talked to someone, she came and asked for the receipt so I gave it to her. She comes back and says the items you said are missing aren't on the receipt (which they were) so I asked for a pen and circled the missing items. She goes back and gives it to someone and I'm waiting for 15 more minutes and she comes back and says they lost my receipt and for me to write down what was missing. So I wait another 15 minutes for my missing items. The kid who handed my bag over basically tossed it on the counter and walked away. I asked for sauces and he said you can get them by the pop machine which was empty so I told him it was empty and he rolled his eyes, grabbed a bunch of random sauces and dropped them in the counter. I asked them drive thru girl who manager was and she said a lady was the manager so I was lied to over the phone. I asked her who the general manager was and she said I don't know and walked away.
