Had a a hard drive crash with 10 years of photographs on it... was completely devastated then disgusted after I called around getting a quote to recover it from other shops. Travis managed to recover almost all of my photographs regardless of my hard drive having some serious gremlin nonsense going on with it. They charged me $800 less than the ENTRY level recovery at the other places I had called for a quote. Who knows how much more it could have ended up being beyond that entry level software qoute I was given had I gone elsewhere... My hard drive had serious issues and took them a full week of some methods that sounded very annoying and tedious to perform but Travis got it all taken care of with an excellent attitude for $800-$2800 cheaper than what I could have ended up and was expecting to be paying. Couldn't be happier with their services or recommend...

Since this was a hardware vs. software issue, my membership with the Geek Squad was not going to be helpful. Those techs told me the problem was going to require sending the laptop out of state and was going to start at $200. Wanting a second opinion, I went to IT Colorado. Travis explored the problem, and then had my device undergo an overnight test, which he kept monitoring. True to his suspicion, the problem was a corrupted update . I walked out with a working speaker, a fatter wallet, and a new place to take any future computer woes!...
