We been staying at Seapointe Village since 1991. That is 30 years. We've rented townhouses, condos in The Gardens and now and most currently in the South Beach building. We love the atmosphere, the beautiful large and clean beaches and all the amenities such as the pools, Jacuzzis, fire pits, etc. It feels like a resort in Florida with all the beautiful gardens and palm trees. The apartment was excellent and the building is kept clean. The landscaping was carefully kept neat. A big repeat problem though: the shower hot water from the whole building management was a pain. I'm here for the third time and exactly the same problem. Too many limitations on amenities that close earlier than neighborhood and no grills earlier than 12:30pm or later than 6:30pm ...
