Horrible horrible horrible place, altercations are bound to happen when you have a place full of kids no doubt. But the staff honestly does nothing to help regulate the saftey in this place. And i come here alot for my little cousins birthdays and was going to have my daughters birthday here but i changed my mind. Ive honestly been here 4 times in the last month for birthday parties im sure a handful of staff already recognize who my entire family is. Anf there are some very nice staff there. But for the most part when things need to be dealt with properly there are not. For one i had just bought 120 tokens. Literally got jacked in less then 5 mins. Poor niece had no tokens. She got jacked for 40 tokens i immediatley went to explain my situation. Nothing. No help. Manager came oit and pretty much said oh well cant fo nothing unless u know who stole it. If i knew who stole ot do u think i would have went to the manager. No i woulda made that little kid or whoever give it back. The manager was not helpful what so ever. Even after seeing that we were that ladt family there counting tickets trying to get our kids there toys before we leave. Didnt even try to give us fee tickets or a toy. Like wth those toys r cheap asf c mon have a little more consideration for the children. Especially after all the money im spending there. There are more issues i dont even wana begin. But honestly...
Read moreI brought my grandkids here for the first time. We've been to plenty Chuck E cheese's but at this one was our first time. Starting out I'll say they don't have really good packages like other locations have that include the cards for rides. The pizza was delicious and the large cookie we got with it was really good. I didn't like the half raw sausages on the pizza but the pepperoni was very good. What I found completely ghetto though was inside the Chuck E Cheese is an activity area that is sold separately! So if you purchase cards for $25 to $50 that lets the kids play the games. In order to jump on the trampoline in the little activity area you have to pay an extra $16. That just seems like some bootleg marketing to me. There was even a little staff bodyguard there to prevent the kids from just running in and jumping without paying. It was empty the entire time we were there. When I went to take a picture I saw two kids that just ran in. I won't be returning for that ghetto reason. And one of my grandkids went to turn their cards in to see what type of toys they qualified for even though we had purchased two cards at $75. They only qualified for a sheet that was torn out of a...
Read moreAs a customer, I am thoroughly disappointed. It was my god daughters 1st birthday, we paid for the whole nine yards. Pizza, game cards, drinks. It all. We recived nothing in return. With repeatedly asking about our food, the staff just ignored us. When we finally forced them to give us the play cards, they were stolen off our table shortly after getting them, along with our. 8 dollars in change and recipet. And when we asked the manager if they could check the tapes we were met with the cameras dont work. And on top of that, when it was time for Chuck E Cheese to pass out tickets, we inquired if my god daughter could have some since he was trowing them in the air. We were told if she wanted some tickets, that she would have to join in the swarm of 8 and 9 years olds kicking and pushing and grab her own tickets. I am very disapointed with this establishment, if anyone thinks about coming here,...
