When they say it’s 100% refund when you cancel before a certain date make sure they don’t charge your card months later. I got the full refund then 2 months later they charged my card a few hundred dollars and kept blaming VRBO. After many phone calls I am still dealing with getting this unauthorized charge off my card. I finally talked to one lady and she said it was on their end. A very sweet lady. I can’t remember her name. And it is in process to get refunded. But don’t deal with Connie to this day she says it’s not their fault They don’t know how to do business. Just some advice. We needed to cancel our reservation a week after their policy allows because despite the place being advertised as ski lodging, the local ski resort isn’t even open until a month after our stay.
