Last night I went to Crisp & Green in Maple Grove and was pretty disappointed with the service I received. I have ordered here numerous times and they always have good service and treated me with respect but not last night. I ordered my meal through the app for curbside pick up ready at 7:05pm Pulled up at 7:06pm and called to let them know I was outside. I could clearly see through the windows that the order had not been made as I watched the employee find my ticket ( that looked already stabbed as I watch her go through multiple tickets ) and proceed to make my order I didn’t think much of it but it did end up taking addition time sitting there waiting. The employee brings out the meals to the car and proceeds inside. I always check before I drive off and very grateful I did as I was missing items and had extra items of something I never even ordered. I ended up going inside and telling the employee that they messed up my order. Not once did I hear “I’m sorry” or anything at all it was more like they were annoyed I even came inside and told them. I was blown away by the disrespect that I just kept my mouth shut because it was not worth argument. The employee “found” my salad on the counter and gave it to me again no apology or accountability. There was an addition wrap in my bag that I did not order and when I brought the bag inside they did not know which wrap was the one I ordered so they guessed.. once I got home and opened it it was not the wrap I had ordered. I tend to never leave bad reviews and contemplated writing one but still in complete disbelief that this employee showed no respect toward me makes me really sad to see that a great company would have people like that representing/working for...
Read moreWe encountered the WORST experience at this location on 8/19/25. I ordered lunch for me and my coworkers online and went to pick it up. The food was promised at 12:47pm, I arrived at 12:45pm. Upon arrival, I overheard one of the managers mention they were having printer issues with the online orders so they are behind. At 1:15pm, the printer seemed to work and all the online orders printed to be made. Some of us tried to go through line and have them make our food but the team refused, saying the online orders would now be made in the order they were received. I continued to wait, one girl asked my name 3 times, which seemed like she was checking to make sure my order was in the queue. At 1:45, which is now an hour after my 3 bowls were promised to be ready, I still did not have my food. I asked the girl if my food is being made and she said “It should be”, to which I responded that I’ve been waiting an hour. I witnessed other people arrive after me and pick up their online orders and leave. One guy started to complain loudly that he was waiting for 15 min and he got his food immediately. My food wasn’t ready until 2:15pm, almost an hour and a half after it was promised. When the food was ready, they missed sides that we ordered, which I caught before walking out. When my coworkers opened their bowls, the extras we paid for were completely missing, so I was overcharged for food that was late by an unreasonable amount of time and there was zero empathy from the staff. I will never visit this...
Read moreI keep coming back because the food is genuinely excellent, especially the classic chicken Caesar salad, which is consistently fresh and flavorful. The parm crisps are worth the repeat visits alone.
That said, the service is frustratingly inconsistent. Here is a snapshot of my last three visits:
1.) I was asked if I wanted to dine in (I did). My salad was started, but the employee wandered off mid-prep to check their phone and drink a smoothie. When they came back, they forgot the parm crisps.
2.) Only one person was ahead of me in line, yet a prep cook completely ignored me while refilling bins. The cashier finally acknowledged me with a vague "I’ll be right with you." My salad was made in a to-go container, which felt wasteful since I intended to eat in.
3.) This time I really wanted to sit and enjoy my salad. There was no one in the queue, but again no one asked if I wanted to dine in or take away. Since it wasn't busy, I dared to order a smoothie to accompany my salad. I sat down with my sad paper bowl salad, but no one informed me when my smoothie was ready and it just sat there melting on the counter.
The food keeps me coming back, but the service is disorganized at best and inattentive at worst. I enjoy this place for the salad, but do not expect a...
