Our recent visit to this store was deeply frustrating and unproductive. Upon arrival, we were informed that there was no manager on dutyâan issue that would later prove to be a significant obstacle.
We came in to activate a business account. The representative, Reza (to the best of our recollection), initially provided us with information that led us to believe the process would be smooth. Based on that assurance, we gathered all necessary documentation from our current carriers and proceeded with the activation.
We intended to activate two new lines, but the request was inexplicably rejected due to alleged missing informationâdespite us providing everything that was asked. Reza then attempted to port in another number, which was accepted, but that line has now been non-functional for FIVE DAYS. When we returned for assistance, we were told to visit another store, which yielded no resolution, on top of being we were there for FOUR HOURS, and he was telling us that no other sales man would give us this much of time (and I was like you cannot say this stuff, as I didn't choose to stay for four hours, you are the one who took time and still resolved it).
Reza mentioned that only a manager could escalate the issue, yet the store has no manager and offered no alternative escalation path. Despite our repeated efforts and full cooperation, our line remains inactive.
Additionally, we couldnât help but feel that we were being treated unfairly. One employee, possibly named Ignacio, appeared visibly irritated whenever Reza sought clarification, which made the environment uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
IN SUMMARY, THIS HAS BEEN ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCES WE'VE ENCOUNTERED. IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR RELIABLE SERVICE AND PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT, PLEASE AVOID THIS STORE AND THE TEAM. THEY WOULD DO EVERYTHING...
   Read moreMy wife and I went into this store to back in July to upgrade her phone to the iPhone 11 Pro Max in-store, and by all accounts, it was a great customer experience if you're getting a phone in stock in terms of color.
The next day, I decided to go and upgrade my phone and take advantage of the trade-in promotion that had just come on, however I wanted a different color that was not in stock, and the experience was, and continues to be terrible.
Very similar to another review, I was instructed to send in my device as soon as possible using the labels that were provided in the package I received for my new device. No shipping label was in the package, and I went to the store, and the gentleman did diligently help me generate a "return label", however this is where the inexperience kicked in for him, and the staff.
Apparently them not knowing that the label was supposed be printed for the "trade-in" center, vs. the "return" center IS a big deal, and AT&T charged my account, then credited my account, then charged my account again, and told me to follow up with this store, and then this store's management, in particular that lady wasn't pleasant to work with, unknowledgeable, and had a bit of a superiority complex.
After dealing with customer service, the trade in department, and this store since the end of July, I am I'm still following up for my trade in device, until this error that was caused by under-trained staff from this store is fixed.
Do not work with this store and do not work with this company if you want quality...

Costomer service at the store was good and no waiting, so we decided to go with ATT. The fact is ATT shouldn't have store at Maple Grove because there are no network in this Area.
I live in Arbor Lakes area. And most of time I have very slow or no connection when I am outside. No network at Weaver Lake Rd and Zachary LN N. No signal at Elm Creek Park Reserve. Very slow or no network around Arbor lakes area including Central Park. Today I drove HW169 from Zachary to Golden Valley. No connection whole time. It was rainy, buy could that be the reason in this Era?
What is great about having the latest Samsung Galaxy with UNLIMITED 5G when there is no connection. Not only I cannot use internet, SNS, or Google Map, I cannot even make a phone call.
And when we when to complain to terminate thinking 30days return policy. Actually, it was only 14days to return without penalty. I stay home mostly and use home Wifi, and my phone came was delivered later than my husband's. So when we noticed about the connection issue was already too late. Later sales person said there are only towers; one in Plymouth and the other in Ostego. That's why connection is poor.
It is very unkind and fraud for not telling us about the poor connection in MG. Very useless, almost the same as I don't...
