My wife and I went into the store with a few mattresses in mind, between Beautyrest and Tempur-Pedic. We were pleased with the Beautyrest choice we went in for, and then we were approached by the manager, Craig, who asked if we had any questions, what we were looking for, and informed us of the differences the beds were made of. We then headed to try out the Tempur-Pedic mattresses, and Craig was very helpful in telling us the difference between the mattresses and the adjustable bases. We ended up liking the Tempur-Pedic mattress more than the Beautyrest and Purple mattress brands. We also chose the adjustable base for the bed that best suited our comfort.
Craig was very knowledgeable about the different choices I mentioned above; very easy to talk to, and provided excellent customer service. He in no way tried to upsell us on products and provided service on exactly what we were looking for and had questions about. We ended up inquiring about sheets for the bed, a mattress protector, and pillows, and loved what they had to offer and ended up purchasing these items for their quality.
You really cannot beat the sleep trial period with the mattress and the warranty that comes with all the products we bought (mattress, sheets, pillows, and mattress protector).

Cons: In my honest opinion, there were none. I don’t think the entire process could have gone any better, from walking in the door as a prospective customer to leaving as a very satisfied customer with our purchase.

For no reason at all, I was skeptical of checking out MatressFirm because I thought there may be annoying, high pressure sales involved. I am happily eating crow. There was zero pressure and absolutely no fake salesperson feel. Just a good, down-to-earth team that gave us all the information and space needed to make our own decision. They went out of their way to get us a top-of-the-line king sized mattress that we love, plus an adjustable base and worked to get us a price within our budget which really wasn’t expected. I’m very glad we went into the store anyway. Truly excellent experience/service.
When our new bed was delivered, the crew was kind, quick and professional. Everything arrived and was installed to our liking. We’re keeping our old mattress and box spring for a future guest bed. The delivery team offered to move both down to our storage area, which was very appreciated and very helpful.
My only critique was that the delivery was made outside our scheduled delivery window and we were not notified of the delay. A quick call to the store and the in store staff provided me with an updated time. The new time happened to be fine in the end, but we carved out time in our work day to make sure we were home and ready within the scheduled time frame. We would have appreciated a text or call. Our second mattress that we received (the first one was way too soft so we exchanged it) came with a rip and I called the same day it was delivered (11/30) to explain the situation. I was told that they would call me back. Well for the next three weeks I called and got the same response “I’ll call you back”. The third time I called I even told them how no one has ever called back. I finally visited the store (in January) and talked to the manager (Craig). I wanted to return my mattress because 1. I paid quiet a bit of money and I don’t want the rip to continue to grow and 2. If you can’t call your costumers back then you don’t deserve my business especially after spending the amount I did. He tried to tell me that he always has different people working in his store and that’s why no one called me. Well he was the one who talked to me twice before and said he’d call back. He said he’d have to email his supervisor and she would make the decision. I asked for her number/email and he’s not allowed to give that out apparently. I called two weeks after that and was told by Craig that he’s waiting for a response and he’d call me/email me right away when he knew. Well it’s now February 6th and no response.
