I booked one of the tiny homes for a weekend in Oregon's wine country. I was very pleased with the decor, bedding, quiet location, and room appointments. I like the check-in process (with a code). The courtyard with a gas firepit is nice, would be a great place to relax. The room included a Keurig coffeemaker and toaster oven, dishes, glasses, refrigerator/freezer (small). The bathroom and shower were great. Parking is on street, but still convenient. Several pubs, coffee shops, Eyrie wine tasting room, and MacMarket are in a couple of blocks. Downtown McMinnville is a half-mile walk or drive (but on quiet streets). The only drawback for me is that the sheets and pillowcases were scented, probably washed in a scented detergent. I'd bring my own pillowcases next time. Also, would be nice to have some kind of table in the room for dining or using my laptop.

We stayed one night in the Ohana Bungalow and loved it. The entire property is quaint, clean, and very wine country'esque. Each tiny house is unique and private not to mention well decorated. Fine craftsmanship. The location leaves you a minute's drive to downtown McMinnville where most of the festivities, shops, and restaurants are. There are a few nice places to eat a half block away so don't feel that you have to get in a car to satisfy your food and wine cravings. We look forward to staying here again!

The Boutique Retreat is a delightful "tiny house" hotel with 9 cottages, each with a distinctive design. We stayed in the Ohana Bungalow, which was well appointed and comfortable. It's in a quiet and convenient location with plenty of parking available, restaurants nearby and the fun Mac Market a few blocks north (with the excellent Bodhi Bakery). And it takes less than 10 minutes to walk to downtown McMinnville. We look forward to staying there again!

We recently stayed at the the Cottage, and it was absolutely amazing! This was a surprise trip, and from the beginning, Kevin was incredible to work with. He went above and beyond to make our stay extra special and memorable.

The fire pit was so romantic — we loved sitting around it in the evening, talking and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. It's a short, charming walk to several great dinner spots (we tried Hayward, Pinch, and La Rambla, all fantastic).

McMinnville is a hidden gem — perfect for both wine lovers and food lovers alike — and we definitely fall into the food lover category!

The tiny house was well-stocked with a small fridge, microwave, freezer, toaster, plenty of kitchen supplies, and even a hair dryer. We especially appreciated the area with hangers to organize our outfits for dinners. The natural light that poured in was absolutely beautiful, and the comfy bed and soft sheets made it so easy to relax.

We loved how close everything was: there's a spa nearby and plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Yet it still felt quiet, secluded, and peaceful — the best of both worlds. Plus, there’s a small convenience store close by for late-night snack runs (which definitely came in handy!).

We will absolutely be back and are already looking forward to trying the other tiny houses. We’ll choose this over the busy hotels in town every time — it’s such a special place, and we plan to make it our go-to spot for anniversary...

I was treated horribly by the owner of this place and you should just be aware this is basically an Airbnb with no housekeeping service and we ran out of toilet paper and paper towels and had to buy our own. Also one night someone opened the door to our room while we were in there scaring us.

Editing in response to this response from the business. I only wanted to share the drawbacks of my experience because after thinking about it for some time I felt compelled to let others know what we experienced. What she says about us is cruel, inaccurate and honestly borderline defamatory but I’m not interested in giving this rude person any more of my peace. I decided after writing a novel about our side of what happened to delete it because I just don’t care that much. HOWEVER given this owner decided to insult me PUBLICLY for sharing my personal experience I want to be clear that this review ultimately is our experience. Obviously others have had good experiences. We did not, but it is not a scam and believe me I know the difference between the sound of an automatic door locking and a door that was physically opened. It scared the crap out of me and...

We spent four nights at The Boutique Retreat (in "The Glam") and couldn't have been more pleased! These are really well-built and well-appointed tiny homes in the best section of McMinnville--walkable to all the best restaurants and tasting rooms. All the finishes and amenities are high quality and the room was quite comfortable. It was also really nice to feel secluded in the small ring of homes. You can't beat not having to share walls with your neighbors, like you do in a hotel! Check in was easy (they provide you with a key code in advance of your stay, as there isn't a main office on site), and although we didn't have any issues during our stay, they provided several contact numbers for emergencies, both during and outside of regular business hours, if we had. Our only disappointment was that we didn't get to enjoy the lovely courtyard patio and firepit, but that's just because it rained most of the time we were there. This would be such a fun place for a large group to book out, everyone staying in their own tiny home and gathering in the courtyard on a summer evening. We hope to return and bring our...
