So this is in response to the last review from Gregory McPhee… Myself, as well as several other customers were near enough to hear the ENTIRE interaction… Pancetta is a CURRD meat, but it was also ran through the oven. It’s not raw, that’s wild. We all looked at the table after you left, there was nothing wrong with the cheese pizza, nor was there anything brown about the salad, and the salad dressing was literally new. You combined drank a whole beer, ate a whole salad, and they comped the WHOLE thing, while your family hid in the car bc you’ve CLEARLY done this before. You bragged about owning your own restaurant and were very impolite and unprofessional and at least 6 others that saw it first hand could and WOULD attest to the same. This is a wonderful place, with great food and even better people. Go scam someone else, or stay home. Also, don’t name drop anybody while hiding behind your husbands name to place a review. Have a...

Ordered and paid for (plus 20% tip) at the counter. Ordered a small chicken Caesar salad, a house salad and 2 pizzas. We waited and waited, only 4 tables were occupied and one was the manager and employees. We eventually got my chicken Caesar salad with NO chicken and my daughter in law didn’t get her salad at all. Had to ask for it and as an after thought the cashier brought it and announced she made it herself for the first time😳 We waited again for a very long time before the pizzas were brought to the table. The food was good, but it was frustrating up to that point. Btw, you order at the counter, you have to pick up your table settings and cheeses at a different table. Water and sodas you get at a self serve station. When you are done eating you are supposed to bus your own table! Overall experience, never again. Staff was not efficient and seemed out of touch....

The building is cool, the location is unfortunate (the traffic on Lafayette is way too loud and the parking is way too limited). The beer was good, but not memorable enough to seek out again. The food and the service left a lot to be desired.

My potato rosemary pizza had clearly been cooked in the oven, but the potatoes on top were still raw and the whole thing was pretty quickly cold and soggy. Great idea for a pizza, but unfortunately terrible execution. My dad’s salad (the antipasto) was only brought out after he asked about it, despite us sitting at the bar and the bartender clearly seeing he hadn’t received his food yet. When it was finally served, it was overwhelmingly greens with few of the ingredients that were listed on the menu. There’s absolutely better pizza, salad and beer, with better service, in McMinnville for the same or...

There are three breweries in a line down the street. Each is a few blocks apart from the rest. Stickman is the most northern. Parking options are sparse in their lot during lunch. After business hours there is a large lot from a neighboring business that can be used. There is outdoor and indoor seating. We had a great salad and a potato pizza. The potatoes were a bit undercooked and the crust was more like a cracker crust. We enjoyed the meal. The IPA was top notch and matched the food. This location has counter service. A woman with a fun and great attitude worked the counter while another person was in the kitchen. The salad came out quickly, but the pizza took a minute. There are lunch specials on Tuesdays and you can get cans of beer to go.

For those of us that know what an appetizer pizza is (Primi) this is exactly what you find in Italy. It's NOT a meal size and it's a perfect appetizer. Or a perfect accompaniment for a beer and wine afternoon. Please please do not think this is an American version of pizza. Just enjoy the flavors and step back to the real Italy pizza. BTW: the person who gave them 1 star absolutely doesn't really know good and true pizza from Italy. Come in, order one fresh and experience what true pizza is.
