We were in search of a wine tasting experience while visiting Oregon's Willamette Valley. Unfortunately we had not made any reservations which are almost mandatory during these post Covid times. We came upon Brittan Winery and were fortunate to meet Mirriam (I apologize if I spelled the name incorrectly). Mirriam was able to accommodate us for a tasting at Brittan. We went to a dozen or so wineries over three days and Brittan ranked at the top of our list. Their approach to wine making is very science based and it shows in how they talk and present their wines (and by the chromatograms in their bathroom haha).
On top of the lovely setting and people, all of their wines are amazing and unique. It is one of the only places we went where we were blown away by every. single. wine. we tasted.
