Grain Station McMinnville is definitely not what it used to be. I don't like leaving negative reviews but I've been a patron for years, and I genuinely hope y'all get back on track. Today we wanted to sit outside, the host was polite and quickly seated us at a table... full of ants. Ants everywhere. We grabbed our waters and menus and went inside immediately, and quickly got re-seated. The host was upbeat and polite, quick to refill waters, excellent, I wish I could have specifically tipped him. Our server, female, was surprisingly curt and slow in comparison. Every time we've had her as a server recently she's given off the vibe that she would rather be anywhere but there serving guests, this time was no exception. Ordered our food, and my spouse's was fine albeit with not much flavor. Mine, however, was horrible. I ordered the crispy chicken wrap and a house salad. Pretty simple. I noticed right away that my spouse's food was steaming hot and mine was lukewarm at the most, chicken wasn't even hot enough to melt the shredded cheese in the wrap, it tasted room temperature. The tortilla was so tough by the time the food came out that it was actually difficult to eat. I could have made a better version myself at home, which I will be opting to do next time. Disappointed I spent nearly $20 on a meal that I could have made better myself. When we were leaving, we noticed a different host had seated someone else at the table full of ants outside after we told the staff there were ants all over it. Staff clearly not communicating with each other either, I can't imagine being told a table is infested with ants and then letting another coworker seat someone else there without cleaning it and making sure it's food safe. Just a truly baffling...

I’m truly not one to write things like this but I feel like it’s truly necessary…my husband and I had our anniversary on Sunday on the 25th and we decided to come here! We have been here before and the food was good, but it’s been a year or two. It was a mistake to say the least unfortunately…I ordered myself a small pizza as my husband ordered the chicken fried steak. We ordered the cheese sticks as an appetizer which were delicious! But when my pizza came out, it was drenched heavily in grease…so much so I had to take what seemed to have been millions of napkins to soak the pizza off…but it still didn’t do much because the pizza itself was falling apart so I only ate once slice…my husbands food had no flavor and the steak was super chewy according to him…so he barely ate his food as well. The bill for the thr items and two drinks was 68 dollars and with tip it was over 75…we didn’t want to say anything because we’re nice people, but what’s making me make this review is that my husband and I got food poisoning and we’re still feeling it today…it’s now Tuesday.. I guess I’m just disappointed in quality of food and the expense, I understand that inflation is crazy right now, but that 70 dollars could’ve been used for something more extravagant than a pizza and a steak. I hope things change because it used to be a nice restaurant with good food….I’m very sad and disappointed.

The service was good though! As well as the...

Wow, not a place for families. It usually been good, but wow, today, a disaster ! We had kids, school age, adults, and an elderly man. We ordered a few meals and a few desserts. The food finally came after an hour and a half wait! They also informed us, "oh we are out of ice cream". So, no sundae, the root beer floats were warm root beer and a small bit of ice cream, perhaps a teaspoon. The Pie ala mode was crumbled pie and a teaspoon of melted ice cream. The crust on the pie was also burnt. The waitress apologized over and over, said she wouldn't charge for the deserts, she said she wouldn't eat them! My grandson didn't get anything as he had ordered a sundae. The least they could have done was come and let us know before, and not wait till they served the meals to tell us. Some of us only ordered dessert. Oh ya, one of the waitresses that set out our silverware was chewing gum with her mouth open, real class! Anyway, I am really disappointed as they used to be really good, I hate to see a really good place go down, or out. One of the staff told us they had a big change over of staff when a bunch of the kitchen people just recently quit. I'm not sure excuses are what we really wanted. They did take off half the bill. Not sure we will rush back...

This was a great experience! First off when you arrive there is a ton of easy parking and the building is so cute! As we go in the staff was friendly and greeted us. We were able to pick whatever table we want as well. They had a great beer list and I was able to get samples of a few of them before committing to my pint. I must say all of them were very good and had distinct flavor. Ultimately I got the Hefe as the hint of banana and full body was perfect. The menu had a lot of options and even weekend specials. I had a difficult time making a decision as a lot of their menu items looked great! I settled on the smokey mac and cheese in the small portion. I also love that they offered a smaller size for the lighter eaters like myself. No regrets there it was great! Every aspect of my visit was great from the atmosphere, food and service. I would recommend this and also come again if i'm in town.

The Station is great for Gatherings: It's a good place to meet up with friends, with various seating options to suit different groups. They have friendly and attentive staff. Our order was taken quickly, and the food was delivered promptly. They have an extensive menu: A wide selection of food and drinks is available, including their own brewery offerings. The open space can get noisy, but this might add to the lively atmosphere. There is outdoor seating that you can enjoy during pleasant weather. The food was delicious, and the portions were large, with everyone taking home the extras. Overall, The Grain Station is a solid choice for a casual and enjoyable get-together. The biggest drawback is the noise level when they are busy.

Tucked away off the beaten path. This is a fairly large size brewery. Lots of local and signature beers. We sat at a seat right next to the roll up door. Gave us the outdoor feel with inside cover. It was a little chilly on our visit, we’d sit a at from the outdoors, if we had it to do over again. Or at least wait for a more sunny less breezy day. The food was great. We ordered a French dip, this was a Smokey tasting sandwich with cheese and grilled onions. Even the au jus had a smokey flavor to it. We also ordered a southwest chicken salad! Another very good entree, with great spicy flavor and dressing. We would definitely stop in here again for a meal!
