What a poor experience. We made reservations for Motherās Day brunch, a day you would imagine a restaurant of this caliber would be fully staffed and ready for, but unfortunately that was not the case. Keep in mind, the entire time we were there the restaurant was never full. There were always 3 or 4 tables around us empty. When our drink order was taken and someone in our party asked for coffee, our waitress said she couldnāt have any because they had no coffee mugs available. She never offered her coffee even later when presumably mugs became available. Then when our drinks arrived, two of them were wrong, and my daughter didnāt get her drink at all. Then our waitress disappeared for 10-15 minutes while we waited to order. Also, we have two small children, trying to keep them entertained while we wait without food. Once we ordered, it took even longer for our food to arrive, and I had to ask again for my daughter to get her drink. When it did arrive, our food was coming out one dish at a time. Our oldest child got her food, then 5 minutes later I got mine, then 5 minutes later the rest of the party got their food. Everyoneās food was fine, except for my burger. I have eaten this burger many times, and this was unlike any burger Iāve ever had here. It looked like someone made this at their house, not in a nice restaurant. It was essentially a ball of meat on a bun. Again, not as it usually is at this restaurant. You can see right into the kitchen from the dining room, and they only had 2 cooks for the entire restaurant on Mothers Day. I assume thatās why the food wasnāt coming out in a timely manner, and I would guess that one of them wasnāt usually a cook because thatās the only reason I can think the food wasnāt up to the standard it usually is. But someone was at expo, and she was still letting the food come out subpar and staggered. On a day like this, you need to be fully staffed and ready to serve customers. I understand some things happen out of your control, but at the end of the day Iām still paying full price for my food, even though Iām not getting full...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe restaurant boasts an excellent brunch menu, filled with delectable and mouth-watering options to tantalize your taste buds and leave you feeling satisfied. As we made our way to our table, we couldn't resist the allure of the outdoor seating, with its charming and relaxing atmosphere. The day was just right for this type of dining experience, and we settled in eagerly.
Right away, we were impressed by the attentive and courteous service that was extended to us. There was no wait time, and our waitstaff made it a point to check on us several times, ensuring that everything was to our liking and that our experience was nothing but exceptional.
As we perused the menu, we were delighted by its diversity and the range of options available. Ultimately, we settled on the salads and the shrimp and grits, both of which were outstanding choices. The salads were fresh, crisp, and bursting with flavor, while the shrimp and grits were done to absolute perfection.
In all, we couldn't have been more pleased with the meal and the experience as a whole. The combination of the serene outdoor seating, the impeccable service, and the wonderful food made for a dining experience that we won't...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy husband and I went in on a Friday night with reservations and we were sat promptly. Trish ( I think was her name) was our server and she was very polite and attentive. Went straight for entrees and ordered the Salmon and New York Strip. Took 30 mins or so to get our entrees. Steak was supposed to be cooked medium it was more medium rare probably more rare and cold. Didn't send the steak back to not be an inconvenience or "that person." The Three Cheese Mac and Cheese was delicious! Salmon had a good sweet flavor, potatoes under cooked and could use a garlic herb butter for flavor. We mainly came to try their Jack and Coke Bread Pudding. Not sure if it's different at each location but this is where we were highly disappointed. Saw the Bread Pudding on Triple D Food Network and was highly attracted right away. Homemade Bread Pudding with homemade Jack Daniel's ice cream with a Coke chocolate sauce. Tonight we got bread Pudding with whip cream. I mean on the episode the chef literally grabbed the bottle of Jack and didn't hold back! Not very likely we would come back to this location. The atmosphere was nice. My husband enjoyed the view of the...
