Ok so the 1st time I came here it was pleasant. And here I am again getting something for my sister. I called before ordering ahead through the site then went to pickup an hour later. They had no record of my order. Ok cool. I mean I drove here, I still want it. The lady wrote down my order from the receipt I showed her and went to the back. Atleast 30 mins has passed and she come out and tell me the order was canceled and I have to place it again. I’m completely confused atp. But wateva. I’m like so is it ready, she says no. Tf? I’m like since I been here yal hadn’t made the order at all? She says no, then proceeds to tell me to go to the back of the line to place the order. Once I made it to the front of the line the cashier acted as if I wasn’t there and proceeded to tend to customers behind me. Long story short I was there an hour and 30 minutes, the cobbler was room temperature, and the employees was rude for no reason. I Try to support black owned business, but this could have been handled better. I spent over $30 on this one trip and was...
Read moreAs a certified cuisine and dessert critic, Peach Cobbler Factory is the first Peach Cobbler place I've ever eaten from. I ordered a Nutella topping ice cream (the flavor of vanilla since it was the only flavor on the menu for ice cream) for 4.99 and it was delicious. I bought my mother and stepfather and they ordered A LOT more than me and for the price for millions of brownies, a shake, and some pudding, it was only under 50 dollars. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because of the decorating. They had lovely decor, it just needed more flair and eye catching. The photo wall was near the restroom but don't get me confused. The photo was phenomenal and very friendly. The trash can had decorations and writing relatable to the Factory. They have digital screens that show some of their items, which was very helpful, and the cashier woman was patient with us. She also gave us a Mall size bag for a to-go bag. I'd...
Read moreCame in today 8 minutes before closing(granted) for a praline peach cobbler to take for thanksgiving. I’m not surprised that they had none available…but I’m utterly surprised by the ladies Customer service! I was the only one as they were preparing to close and the lady walked from the back just starting at me with a “how dare you come in this late look” I said “im sorry with a smile” because I could understand lol but I didn’t have to apologize you should be happy I chose to patronize your business. She just kept looking now standing at the register and said “wassup, what you getting” didn’t say happy thanksgiving, hi, hello, or anything…nonetheless I left since they were sold out. And then she says by. Ma’am it’s too late to try and be courteous now.
Nonetheless, the cobbler DO be good! (This was my first time going to the place..I usually order...
