I had serious dental problems but stopped going to the dentist because of fear or anxiety. To give an idea of how nervous I was: I used to think all my front teeth, previously filled elsewhere, would fall out if I go for cleaning or if I let the dentist touch them! This is my first time writing a review as I thought it might help others who are going through the same experience.

My first visit to Dr. Moore’s office left no doubt that he and his team were capable of putting a smile back on my face. Observing their confidence dropped my concerns to almost zero. I would like to highlight what I observed throughout a two-month continuous visit to Dr. Moore’s office:

He is so responsible:

Four days after a heavy dental procedure, I called his office to ask whether or not a symptom (which he had already talked to me about and prescribed medicine for) was normal. After a few minutes, Dr. Moore himself called me just to explain everything clearly and assured me that there was nothing to worry about. I was also told that I could visit the office at any time to ease my concerns.

He makes sure you are fully satisfied with the work:

He continues working until you are fully satisfied with the outcome. When I was thinking whether or not my temporary crowns could be a little smaller I did not even have to say a word. He is extremely patient and does not mind spending extra time to make you fully satisfied.

The outcome is excellent:

Some of my teeth had serious issues for years. Five years ago (my last dentist visit), I was told those issues would not be easily fixed without extraction/ artificial tooth roots/surgeries. Dr. Moore fixed them in less than two months. He fully understands the patient's situation; then suggests the best solution among multiple options.

Last but not least, the staff are so friendly and caring:

They are great in making the environment comfortable and providing useful information. Also, I had never had such a wonderful teeth cleaning experience.

This in my opinion is the best place for advanced and routine dental care that I have ever experienced in my lifetime. I was a professional athlete who had knocked out all eight front teeth over time and have been in and out of dentist offices all over the world. Previous dental work was beginning to fail and as things grew worse my regular dentist said it was "over his head" and told me I needed to find some place with the technical expertise and some serious equipment to fix my situation. I did online research and decided on Dr. Miles Moore. I could not have been more blessed. Proficient, knowledgeable, caring staff and the most high tech equipment that I have seen allowed the whole process to be quite simple and attainable. His caring staff needs to be thanked as well, they made me feel both comfortable and special. Wonderful results, and the office worked diligently with my insurance company to keep the financial aspects of it within the limits of what they quoted me. I had my initial consultation and cleaning at Memphis Center for Family and Cosmetic Dentistry yesterday. I cannot say enough about how great a visit it was. From the time I arrived, the office staff greeted me like I had been a patient for years. I had my initial consultation and cleaning with Charity as my Dental Hygienist. She was extremely professional and comforting. It had been years since I had been to a dentist's office, and technology has completely changed. She was fantastic about explaining every step, and was very helpful in explaining things that needed to be brought to my attention regarding my continuing dental care routine to prevent future problems.
