Sleep Number — Hotel in Mentor

With Covid, I wanted to make sure I could have a good experience and did not know what to expect so I called to make an appointment. Even though the appointment was at opening time the Sunday after Christmas, LeShaun was there early, with the store open and waiting for me.

He took me through the entire process of finding my number, showing me the contact points where I could be experiencing pain with my current mattress (which was right on), then had me try a few of their other mattresses. I'd been doing research at other firms and this one for a year, so when I we through this excellent customer experience, I knew this was the right bed for me.

As we were completing paperwork, LeShaun had me download the app so I could be ready for delivery day. It was fast and easy and I didn't need his assistance. Can't wait for delivery day so I can sleep in my new bed!

Helpful staff, the store was very busy, so there was a bit of a rushed feel to the experience. Our fault for shopping on the last day of a sale. I do feel all of our questions were answered, nice people. The wrong bed was delivered the first time, the second mattress has 2 bladders which is correct. But the matress hangs over the sides of the box springs by 1.75" on either side of the bed..looks like crap and I'm afraid it will look worse with wear. Sent photos, made phone calls. One CS told me that I put the mattress on the box springs wrong, when I informed her that sleep number set the bed up, the call was mysteriously disconnected. I emailed photos to Sleep Number CS last week, still no feedback. I cannot recommend Sleep Number based on my current experience. After multiple attempts to get it right, one side of the bed kept deflating. After having to take multiple days off work for them to be here to fix it...I had them come get it, they still charged me 400.00 for...

My only regret is that I did not do this years ago, as I have suffered for so long with Sciatica. My chiropractor friend recommended I try Sleep Number...I knew I was going to buy before I even stepped foot in the Mentor store, because I think so highly of this person, and she is one of my dearest friends....her opinion is invaluable to me, and this is her SECOND Sleep Number bed, as she has two homes and swears by the comfort this mattress provides! Ken was so amazing! Personable, professional and very knowledgeable about the product he represents!! Extremely pleasant experience, and no sales pressure!! I will not receive my bed until 3/18, however, I have complete faith in this company, based upon the recommendations of my dear friend. I cannot wait to finally have restful, and pain free sleep!!
