Really enjoyed the poke bowl I ordered! I got spicy ahi tuna poke with brown rice and salad with lots of toppings. Basic toppings like cucumber, edamame and carrots etc., are free while you will have to pay $0.50-$1 extra for toppings like seaweed salad and mango. Since it was my first time at Poke Bros, I got soy sauce, coconut ginger and gochujang on the side. Really liked gochujang. I wish the bowls included a little bit more protein than their standard small scoop and more seaweed salad, especially since I paid $1 extra. Regardless, would go back again.

FIRST TIME VISITING THIS ESTABLISHMENT. BEEN WANTING TO TRY FOR AWHILE. MY SON GOT ME HERE TODAY. INGREDIENTS LOOKED GOOD. LOOKED FRESH. SERVING AREA LOOKED CLEAN. SERVER HAD ON MASK AND GLOVES. THE ONLY THING THAT BOTHERED ME WAS A MAN CAME FROM BACK THAT DIDN'T HAVE A MASK ON NOR GLOVES. SO OF COURSE I SAID SOMETHING ABOUT IT AND HE WENT AND PUT ON HIS MASK. MISTER YOU HAVE TO WEAR A MASK IN THIS TIME OF COVID IF YOU WANT TO KEEP CUSTOMERS LIKE ME. P.S.- MY BOWL WAS VERY VERY DELICIOUS.

Ohh My I enjoy the combination of the warm base on the bottom and the combination of the fresh toppings to top it all off. At first I did not know what to expect but once I put the first bowl šŸ² together it was like eating a bowl of Sushi šŸ±. And they have home made mochi (Japanese Ice cream) very delicious flavor. They even have an option for vegan 🌱so check it out. And the freedom to make your own bowl you can find your creative flavor like I have.

Before writing this review, I read most of the other reviews on this particular establishment, and many of them include my same concerns.

I have visited this establishment many times, in hopes that each time would get better than the last. Unfortunately, this location is the closest one to my house, however, tonight was the last time my family and I will be visiting. The one lady behind the counter (seems like we’re all talking about the same one here) really has ZERO ā€œpeople skillsā€, is short with you and flat out rude most times. The portion sizes (for $13-$15 a bowl) are TERRIBLE. And I’m not talking about your ā€œ3oz protein portionsā€ā€¦ tonight I asked for extra cucumbers before she even put any in the bowl. She put 5 halves in there (I literally counted), to which I responded, ā€œcould I please have extra?ā€. She added 3. 3 halves! The rest of the bowl followed suit. My wife and daughter both went before me, and all 3 of us walked out with bowls probably half full (not exaggerating one bit), for $39. Mind you, no one got any extras, or double protein. $39 for the same 3 bowls we get from other locations, with MUCH better service and WAY better portions.

Please don’t respond with ā€œwe’ll handle itā€ because, clearly, you will not… being this is the same issue, with the same lady, from other reviews MONTHS ago. I love Poke, but as long as she is working there, I’ll be making the trip to Newark or Dover every time. Completely dissatisfied,...

I've held off writing this review until I could base it on multiple experiences over the past six months, rather than just one. Unfortunately, the issues I've encountered seem to be a pattern, not a one-time thing.

There is a specific female worker who is consistently rude and skimps on portions. When politely asked for a fair portion, she responds with a nasty attitude. I find it frustrating and unacceptable, especially considering that a regular poke bowl costs nearly $20-$30(with add-ons due to portions so small) For that price, I expect decent portion sizes, but instead, every item in the bowl is noticeably reduced.

As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years, I know firsthand that customer service and relationships should be top priority. If there's an issue with portion sizes, that's one thing—but the attitude and rudeness are completely uncalled for.

Based on other reviews I've seen, I'm not the only one who feels this way. It wouldn't hurt to give fair portions, especially when charging such a premium price for...

I’ve really tried to give this place time and many visits as I LOVE poke bowls but the customer service is so bad and the woman who is usually working up front has the WORST ATTITUDE (and I work with middle schoolers for a living). I came in today for a build your own bowl and think I got an individual eye roll for each half scoop of something she added- because she will never give you a full scoop. And god forbid you ask for extra of anything, she’ll make full eye contact while basically giving you nothing. One time I asked for extra tempura flakes and she refused. I responded that I’m happy to pay for extra and she acted like I was being offensive? I could not have been more polite when I asked. Sorry you have to do your job? I’ll never be back as I feel like just ordering something basic is difficult with this woman and she’s still there after years for...
