I left my martin guitar with these business in 2020-2021 still haven't received it back in my possession, I left message after message went to the store and was told I had to talk to the owner, with no contact from the owner.When I did drop it off with the case, that of it was fixed properly and fully that it would be worth ALOT of money and I was told at one point that it was still in the repair shop, after 3 years why would it be there still for a broken neck? No answer from the man behind the counter. I still have not heard from them even telling them I was going to the courts I haven't heard a word. I'm 65, recently retired and want to share the great experience I had with Scott, Steve and Shane from Water Wheel Guitars in Milford PA. I'm a newbie regarding playing guitar but they all were gracious, patient and very professional in my search for an instrument that would be a perfect fit. I ended up getting a Breedlove Discovery and love the look, quality and sound. Shane was awesome demonstrating the guitars beyond what I have learned in the 2 months I have been taking lessons. I spoke with the shop owners over Reverb and offered to drive out to PA from MA to pick up my guitar. The shop owner that was there was very friendly, informative, and kept the shop open late. The shop was roomy and well designed, it was a very comfortable place to play and looks great. The guitar I got was a steal according to all the research I put into it, so evidently they have some great prices. One part for the guitar was not in the shop when I picked up the guitar, and they mailed it to me, for free.
