Soma — Local services in Minnetonka

I went in to the store today to exchange two bras I had purchased online during a sale a few weeks ago. I worked with Shawna who was not only incredibly kind, she was also super patient and super knowledgeable!

When the first size I tried didn't work, she figured out what the next size I should try was. Also, she brought out every single wireless bra option that there was for me because I had said I hate underwire bras...and when none of those worked, she asked if I was 100% opposed to them. I said I'd try a few and asked her what her personal favorites were because she had also previously shared that we wear the same size. So then she brought me her 2 favorites in the store for me to try on. One I absolutely hated immediately, and the other, I actually kind of liked! And the more I wore it, the more I liked it!

Eventually I asked how much it was because I wanted to buy it but was worried about spending too much, and she said that she could do an even exchange for the bras I had previously bought and honor the sale, even though the ones I was getting at the store today were not on sale!

I've never had such a great experience bra shopping before, and will absolutely go back to the Soma at Ridgedale again!! Five stars are...

Soma, meet your newest covert!

Look, I’m a grown woman, who has still been trying to wear ill fitting Victoria’s Secret bras that were oh so trendy when I was a teen, ten years ago. I knew they didn’t fit and I didn’t like them, but just got too frustrated to even try.

Enter Soma. Our salesperson Ana was absolutely amazing. My best friend and I went in, very both unsure. Ana got us sized (shocker, we were both wearing TOTALLY the wrong size) talked us through options, listened to our feedback, and made great selections.

What an experience to have a stack of bras that ACTUALLY FIT! And were so comfy! And to get to pick based on what styles we liked best. To have to chose what NOT to buy, instead of what we was tolerable.

The whole staff was just amazing. Super helpful, fun, and kind. Gina was my cashier and she was lovely to chat with as I checked out. And there was a sale to boot, so the bras I bought were only $25 apiece. Thanks Soma, I will...

After 16 months of wearing nothing but nursing bras, I was ready for some new, fresh, but still comfortable bras. I walked into Soma Ridgedale and within a minute was greeted by a clerk named Anna. She related to my desire to upgrade my bras and selected a few for me to try on while keeping in mind my request to not wear a wired bra. The selections she bade for me were spot on! She checked the sizing to make sure it didn't pucker in my armpit area. I received the advice to not wear the same bra everyday because the material needs time to relax back to shape and that I should be handwashing them. Might as well take care of my new...
