Mattress Firm 22nd Ave. — Hotel in Minot

Avoid this place!!! we went in for a sale they were havig first issue we were told our mattress would be delivered between 3-5 pm almost a week after we purchased the mattress. Day of delivery we find out it wont be there until 6-8 pm if they had told us that we wpild have chose another day. So now we have to wait even longer. Second issue we were told with the sale the frame and boxsprinh was free and we would get an additional military discount. While we were sitting in the store we noticed yheybdid not apply the military discount. The sales person said he hadnt even processed the order and he will fix it. We have the invoice of both transactions. We created an account for the credit company they use and the balance does not reflect the amount on the invoice we have. It shows the first amount and we were charged for the frame and headboard. I went in to the store today to discuss this and would told it take two billing cycles to reflect the new balance. Mattress Firm is new to Minot, ND and I'm hoping the experience becomes more positive. I ordered a very expensive Tempurpedic model. I'm not sure why they advertise their "Red Carpet" delivery, as the company that came to the house was an out-sourced delivery service who refused to take their shoes off upon entering my home! They also did not call beforehand, as promised. After some coordination with the local store manager (after the first associate to answer the phone didn't have the ability to help) and the owner in Bismarck, they remedied the situation promptly and apologized. I hope this isn't a prediction for what's to come. This investment into a mattress is more than a used vehicle purchase so they better 'deliver' on...

We had the pleasure of working with Pam at the 22nd Ave SW in Minot location. She did an amazing job of showing us all the options and we ended up going with the TEMPUR- LuxeBreeze in Split King with the TEMPUR-Ergo Power Base.

She made the whole transaction easy and painless. She did not try to pressure us into the purchase which made the whole experience much more enjoyable.
