The Crescent Condominium by Scenic Stays — Hotel in Miramar Beach

Beautiful location. All units have windows and balcony overlooking the pool and beach, so wonderful views. Can watch dolphins from the balcony and beach in early morning. Located just off the "strip" so not as crowded or as loud. Perfect for families. Walking distance to a few restaurants and shops. Others are a short drive away. Beach is breathtaking. Clear water, usually calm water, white sand, right at your doorsteps. Can see a few varieties of fish and crab snorkeling right off the beach. Pool is enormous and heated. Beautiful landscaping. Grills available on site. Gated community. Condos offer full kitchen, laundry. Never have to leave the site. Our condo was well maintained, beautifully furnished, full tools for kitchen. Would definitely stay at again and highly recommend. Only negative, the contracted company for umbrellas and chairs on the beach are rude. We were told by front desk staff that as renters of a condo we could get 1 set free but it was first come, first serve. Were not told it started at 9. Most sets are taken before that time, but the staff picks and chooses who they "run off". Ended up with a back line set even though we were the 1st ones on the beach and were told we could use one set by staff only to be told to leave it was reserved a few minutes later. Lovely view but #310 could use a few improvements. We stayed a week in #310. The Crescent Condo complex is small, which is nice, and generally well maintained. The view was great and it’s a very short walk to private beach, but unit #310 could use some attention to detail. Tile around drain in master shower is missing/broken. Inside of bathroom drawers were dirty. Bedroom carpet is worn/dirty. Towels/wash cloths are rough terry cloth and bed linens very cheap (i.e. Motel 6). The water got hot from every faucet except the guest bath/shower and it was barely lukewarm, so we all had to take turns using master shower. I notified front desk on first day but was told nothing could be done. It doesn’t make sense that every other faucet has very hot water????

We opted to do very little cooking and it was a good thing because the kitchen is sparsely appointed. Few pots/pans/utensils compared to other condos I have rented.

The condo was stocked with: 2 rolls of toilet tissue in each bath (thin, rough like Scott Brand) Sample size shampoo/conditioner 2 laundry detergent pods 2 dishwashing pods Travel size liquid dish soap 1 trash bag

You will need to buy everything else. Bar soap, coffee, filters, sugar, salt/pepper, etc.

Absolutely beautiful condominiums! We stayed in condo #309 for 5 nights. I picked this condo based off the pictures and I was no disappointed! The condo was beautiful and the view was breathtaking! The condo does provide travel size soap, dish washer pods (2 loads), laundry pods (2 washes), dish soap, 1 roll of paper towels, 4 rolls of toilet paper and 2 trash bags. We didn’t need to buy anything for the condo except food. The pool is cleaned and vacuumed every single morning which I thought was so awesome! I’m a clean freak so the pool getting cleaned every day made me so happy lol. Also the private beach access was a huge plus! Never too crowded! They have outside showers on the ramp for the beach and also inside the gates near the pool. The staff was super nice and helpful! We have 3 young children and surprisingly everyone at the condo is very courteous and it was quiet by 10pm every night. Never heard any loud noise or banging or screaming. This is such a great place for anyone who wants to relax and enjoy the beach or pool! We can’t wait to come back to the...
