I stopped at this location on my way through town so I am not a regular.
When I first went in the sandwich artist was helping a to go order pick up and because Iam not familiar with the store I stood behind them. After he was done with them, instead of telling me to order at the other end he just stood there at the other end. Ok then.
Then as I was paying I saw that there was an option to make it a meal for $2.75 for Drink, chips and cook so I asked for that. He stated that that price was wrong and had been for months. I asked if I could still have it for the advertised price of $2.75 but then said it would be more like like $5. Never mind just a drink. Then the drink dispenser (the kind that has the touch screen) had half of the 12 or so options were "unavailable".
I ambjust frustrated. If a sign is wrong all you have to do is post the correct price over it or please fix an issue that apparently has been a problem for months. If not then honor the price 😒
Finally the cookie from my sons kid meal wasn't included in his meal even after the guy asked.
Also, the place was not busy at all and there were 2 employees at the time. The drink machine should full of flavoring, or again, just put a note! People are understanding but please put a little more effort into the store.

Read moreOn the evening of June 30th, 2022, we arrived in this Subway location 20 minutes before the closing time. We had been on a long road trip coming from the Grand Canyon, AZ and we wanted to order some food and dine in. But an employee had all the chairs flipped over on the tables, immediately denied us and didn't let us dine in. He was very rude and told us that we could only have take-outs, no dine in. I had a short argument with him and he mentioned that he has permission from his manager to deny customers to dine in. So, here's a short message for the guy and the management that failed to provide a good customer service: (Your town is a tourist point that people all over the US and the world visit, you should learn a thing or two about customer service especially when you're doing business in a touristic town like Moab. I couldn't believe it when my children wanted to grab a chair and sit but you stopped them while you were still open. I will NEVER take a bite at any Subway again because of this. Three of us are vegetarian, so we asked for the Veggie Patty sub. The staff said it was out of stock, even though it was still showing as available online. When I questioned this, he said it had been out of stock since the previous night — which makes it confusing why it was still listed online. Despite that, when we placed the order online, they somehow ended up making it anyway, which clearly annoyed them. It was very unclear and unprofessional.
While our food was being prepared, one of my friends — who hadn’t eaten since the night before — was looking at the sandwich being made. The staff member rudely told him, “Don’t look at me like that, I don’t like it.” When my friend clarified that he was just looking at the food, the staff responded even more rudely, saying he shouldn’t even look at the food.
