Wingstop in Monroeville is honestly one of the best places around. I can’t say enough good things about the people who work there. The managers are always so kind, respectful, and just genuinely good people. You can tell they really care about their customers and their workers. They work hard, and they’re always moving, always busy, but still take the time to treat people right.

As a DoorDasher, I stop in there a lot, and I can always count on them to have the orders ready on time. That makes a huge difference when you're out here working. They’re very understanding, and they never treat you like just another person walking in the door. They greet you, they smile, and they get the job done right.

I’ve also been there as a customer, and the food is always fresh and delicious. The wings are some of the best around, and everything is made with care. The store is clean, and the vibe is always good even late at night. They stay open late, which is great for late workers or anyone just craving good food.

We got the 15 piece wing meal for 2. The cashier told us we could do half traditional and half boneless. And that’s the option we wanted to go with and we got a different sauce for each one. We also upgraded the fries to the voodoo fries. We then also asked for one ranch and one blue cheese. We got our drinks and sat down. I went to use the restroom and it was DISGUSTING. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week. I went to wash my hands and the soap dispenser was empty. I notified staff and then sat down to wait for our food. Upon receiving our food, we got all traditional wings. Not what we ordered but we just accepted it. They also just gave us two ranches instead of one ranch and blue cheese. The wings came out hot and crispy and were delicious! But then we also noticed we only got 14 wings. Staff was friendly when we told them we were shorted a wing and they ended up giving us two more. It's already over. Not even 6 months. The scientists and engineers are already scamming them for free food. I saw it twice in 19 minutes while waiting for my food. What will happen (soon), is the employees will get sick of cooking and packing remakes for customers that are clearly scamming them. They will quit. The quality of employee will plummet. With that, the quality of food will plummet. I ate there once, and unfortunately will probably never go back. These restaurants need to stand up for themselves. It disgusts me to watch someone come in and claim their lemon pepper wings fell out of the container and mixed in with their Buffalo wings and now they need new ones. Did she have the "damaged" food with her to give back? Nope. I'm glad I got to try it, but I'm also sad it's over. BTW, food took double the quoted time and was average.
