I don’t think I’ve had such a challenging experience with a pharmacy before. My doctor called the prescription in and it wasn’t ready 30 minutes later. Okay, fine. I was told it would be 10-15 minutes. 30 minutes later, with my toddler, my name still hadn’t been announced that my prescription was ready. So I got back in the long line, which was moving incredibly slowly because for some reason there was only one person working and it was taking 5-10 minutes per person. When I got to the register, they tried to give me my prescription for my son without any way to dose it out (it was liquid). Flash forward another 5 minutes later of standing and waiting at the register with my cashier missing and I ask why it’s taking so long to get a doser. Turns out, the medication was never actually mixed and if I hadn’t stopped to ask for the doser, I guess I would’ve received an uncompounded medication?? Incompetence describes this pharmacy to a T. I will not be returning. I will say, however, that the staff was very pleasant and nice, even when I was...
Read moreI almost feel bad to give hard time to the pharmacy technicians who are actually very nice. Problem is with the lazy pharmacist. Yet another time today went to pick up my monthly prescriptions and as usual I called way in advance (morning) and again same answer from the inefficient pharmacist . ‘’ you have to set up prescriptions on Auto’’ . Went to pick up the prescriptions in the evening and again not ready. Tech told me we tried 3 month supply and insurance rejected it. No one requested a 3 month supply. I don't know how a multi chain pharmacy will make a person like her to run their pharmacy. it's very embarrassing. Her name is Patel and she told me that we sell medicines legally, don't know why she said that when I told her I use to pick my medication front Acme. I am transferring my prescriptions back to anywhere except this. How hard is to fill a prescriptions when you call ahead of time and also called doctors office to make sure prescriptions are called in already. I give half star to...
Read moreEver since rite aid closed down next door and I had to have my prescriptions done at this Walgreens it’s had been absolute hell. Don’t bother trying to call you will be on hold for over an hour and maybe never even get your call picked up. So I have to go to the store every month to just ask for my prescriptions to be filled and then wait days for them to Maybe be ready. Then when asking about why I can never get through on a call I get attitude saying walks in customers have to come before calls so apparently you’ll just never get a phone call answer if people are waiting on line AND when you go there to wait on line you’re in line for about 45-75 min at least. Today was the last straw to me making 5 calls to them at different times of the day and never an answer and each time on hold over 1.5 hours before I just hung up and decided to go there and tell them to please send my information to a different pharmacy because I never want to deal with...
