Working with Donna and her team was a great experience. Donna isn't just a great realtor she is an amazing human being, and I'm so lucky to have met her. It took me 5 years to find my house because I had certain must-haves I wouldn't bend on due to personal reasons. Donna never pushed me when I was uncertain, and flatly told me if a house wasn't for me. During the 5 years, I had other realtors tell me I had been looking for too long and they could have me in a house in 3 months, but I always stuck with Donna because I knew she cared more about finding me the right house than getting me into one quickly. During the bidding and purchasing process, Donna's knowledge of the market and connections were invaluable. Her guesses for what a house would go for were always on target, and she introduced me to amazing people who helped with inspections, financing, and the legal side. Even after talking to multiple companies, I always ended up going with Donna's colleagues because, like her, they cared about making sure everything was right for me.

I cannot finish this review without acknowledging Lauren from the team. Lauren, is another amazing human being. Kind, helpful, funny - she handled all the behind the scenes stuff, many times before I even asked or knew it needed to be done. She happily showed me houses at odd times because it worked for me. All I can say is WOW! I just called Donna to inquire about a piece of property she has listed and I can honestly say I have never spoken to a less professional individual. I don't know if I caught her at a bad time but she was extremely negative to the point of actually sounding angry for being bothered. She was completely uninformed and the little info she did supply was about the problems with the property. I was shocked to say the least! I'm looking to invest in real estate and was going to ask if she had other property I might be interested in but at that point I realized it wouldn't be from her. I sold my house 4 years ago thru weichert and I hope this isn't what they've become. I don't usually leave reviews but this experience was so bad I felt I needed to warn others. I'm going to follow thru with a formal complaint to their corporate office as well, this is not how perspective customers should be treated (maybe it's different when you're selling a house?) added after Donna's response- You can clearly see her attitude in the response she's made, I left an honest review but apparently she feels the need to reply with a defensive somewhat personal sounding attack. It appears there are other issues involved here, it's sad. I wish her the best but Weichert will no longer be getting...

Donna provided great advice on purchasing our new home in NJ! Not only she's extremely knowledgeable of the market dynamics but she was also very helpful in identifying concerns with some of the houses we've seen so she helped us keeping us out of buying future problems

What I liked the most about Donna is that she's not pushy at all! She's extremely patient (my wife and I probably visited more than 45-50 houses with her), she's outspoken with her comments/views on the house we visited but she let us decide on our own which house to make an offer on. My wife and I liked this approach a lot as we felt she was spending the right amount of time on us, listening to what we were looking for and not just trying to rush the process to check the box, get a commission and move on to the next client.
