Very nice room. Clean, spaceous, comfy beds. The toilet and shower are in an extra room, sink is open towards the room. Nightlight at hairdryer can be turned off, just in case it bothers you. There's a fridge and TV. Enough towels and amenities. Check in went fast, the area is quiet. It is a short walk down to the water. Breakfast Cafés are not far off. Free parking on the premises. One big con though: Wifi did not really work. Sometimes our devices would connect with the Wifi but it told us, there was no internet. Sometimes it didn't even connect with the wifi, because there was no wifi. It did not work at all on back of the room. The nice lady at the reception told us maybe there were too many people in the wifi at times. I don't think so (parking lot was empty, early afternoon, not many people in I think). And anyway, shouldn't you be able to provide all your guests with Wifi nowadays?! Having Wifi problems was a real bummer, as we are foreigners and don't have an american SIM. I checked the reviews, people did report that at least as far as two years back. Might also depend on the location of your room, I think we were in room 215, anyway, just in the center of the hotel. I would totally recommend this hotel, it is nice and the price we payed was great for what we got. Just be aware, there might not be Wifi available.

If you're here to visit Morro Rock. I wanted to say that this place is super close to Morro Rock. It's only about 5-6 minute drive there. You can see the Morro Bay across from the hotel and hear seagulls in the morning to wake you up! The room and everything else was in good condition. I love that the room had a large enough fridge and microwave- a must have for me every time I reserve hotels! The bathroom had built in shower gel and conditioning shampoo. No bar soap or separate shampoo and conditioner-, so if you like these things separate, bring your own! I always bring my own incase because the hotels usually provide small bottles and we travel with more than 2-3 people. The lady at the front was welcoming and nice. We got checked in quickly. No noise from neighbors except from the seagulls in the early morning. One thing though, is that parking seems to be limited. We came back from dinner and luckily, we found one parking spot open, otherwise, i think we mighg have to find parking down the street. Overall, we only stayed one-night, but it was a good experience. Would recommend.

We stayed here in November, so I don't know what the rates are like the rest of the year but it was extremely reasonable and quite close 2 the Embarcadero. there is a sizable parking lot with great Ada parking and if you leave a message when you book your reservation online or I'm sure if you call ahead, you can get a room on the bottom floor with accommodations if you need them. the room is clean, nicely put together, and has cable television, coffee and a refrigerator and I believe a microwave. I highly recommend this place because I generally don't need more than that in a place to stay. the beds were quite comfortable and the location is quiet. Not really sure why this place has a two star rating maybe because it is not a luxury hotel but in an outdoorsy place like Morro Bay I don't see that you need one when it is such a luxury just to be there. 🤩 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Now, the saying, "Don't judge he put by its cover" applies here. I myself was skeptical, but after staying at this place I give it four stars. The reason why I don't give it that last remaining star because they don't have an elevator. Other than that this place is beautiful. They recently have the parking area repave so the place looks even nicer. I believe one of the employees told me that they're planning on repainting the building which I'm pretty sure it's going to make it gorgeous. From the outside it may look a little....eeeeehhhhh......, But the moment you step into your room you will surely see why I get this place four stars. The bathroom looks nice, the bed is very very comfortable, nice plush bed, really soft pillows, and each room, (so far I've been into only two), are very spacious. But I'm pretty sure if you go into two rooms and they're very spacious, I'm pretty sure every room is spacious. And the colors their color palette scheme, looks very elegant. Some of you are asking, "What about the TV? How big is the TV? What about cable? Do they have cable? Sports? HBO? The answer is yes they do have cable tv, hbo, basic network channels the news channels, and etc. Unfortunately the TV isn't a 60 or 70 inch flat screen plasma 3D. But from the price that you pay the TV that they have is good enough. I enjoyed my stays at this place every single time that I'm there. And if the price continues trend I will be continuing to stay at this hotel in the months to come. If you were ever wondering about this place, rest assured that it's...

This hotel didn't meet our expectations. It's definitely not a 3-star hotel. Pros: The room is clean, the mattress is good, the sheets and towels are fresh and clean (though the standard sized sheets didn't fit the king mattress so that significant part of mattress was just exposed). Newly remodeled bathroom with clean countertops. Parking is fine though by late evening all spots were taken despite many rooms non-occupied. That's pretty much it... Cons: Front-desk is non-existent (even though stated all-day availability). We had to wait for 10+ minutes and ring a bell several times before someone finally showed up. Later, we haven't seen anyone there either at any time we passed by as well as at our check-out. Building is very old and worn out, no elevator. Room is fine but very smelly, with old carpets and greasy filthy surfaces everywhere they didn't wipe (e.g. doors and walls). In the newly remodeled bathroom they forgot to get exhaust ventilation (so it becomes misty every time after taking a shower). The water in the shower hardly flows at all, not enough pressure. Body wash container was practically empty, we put serious efforts to milk some last drops from it. And I don't know who designed power outlets on the nightstand lamps but you can't plug any charger in there except the smallest one as there's no room due to this design. We will try a different...
