This owner made a false claim in regards to a wholesale order they placed with our company in order to get free products and then had the nerve to leave us a very untruthfully negative review. Super unethical and rude. Now that I’m reviewing these customer experiences I realize I’m not alone and her responses to these claims are really telling. What goes around comes around, Tracy. We attempted to resolve your issues professionally and kindly but just because we don’t allow you to make false claims and steal from our business does not give you the right to claim “poor customer service”. Best of luck running your business into the ground. For the record, you DID NOT submit photos of the products you claimed were received damaged. You sent the same 4 blurry photos multiple times. I never accused you of anything but asked for additional photos (something Faire asked me to do) If they were valid pictures then Faire would have deducted the $ from us. You were given a credit only because they are amazing like that when there are difficult vendors. You know you didn’t cooperate and you know you’re lying but kept up with the lie to cover your bases. Making a claim for an entire order and then changing your story that it was “mostly” damaged is suspicious as heck. We can leave reviews too. You didn’t need to retaliate against us. You got your money back despite being a liar. I’m sure you’re going to respond to this with some more asinine garbage, rife with insults and false claims....

Absolutely amazing soap and products. However, the customer service, in my experience, has been lacking. I've been using their products for years and loved going to the store when they were in the Flying Dutchman center so I could smell all the new fragrances and sample the new lotions. When I recently ran out of my favorite soap, I drove over from Paso Robles to the store on my lunch break to stock up. I went during open hours and I called ahead of time, but no one answered the phone. When I got to the front door it was locked and there was a sign that said to call their number and they'll come and open up the store. So I called the number left a voicemail and I waited for 10 minutes. No one came so I called again. No answer left another voicemail and waited a few more minutes. And then I headed back over to Paso Robles and never received a phone call or a message, and of course didn't get my soap. It's such a shame because they have such a good product.
