I absolutely love Thai food and I think this is one of the top two places I’ve ever eaten. My now husband introduced me to Thai 20 years ago when we were passing through Salt Lake City. It was so amazing I’ve been chasing something as good since. That is the reason I can’t say which is better. Did I build them up for the last 20 years? This is the only place I have ever questioned which is first place. So I absolutely would recommend that you eat at this restaurant. We had Tom Kai soup. I’ve never had it with seafood so I figured this would be the place to do that and it didn’t disappoint. The pad Thai was probably the best I’ve ever had. Atmosphere is simple but nice. Not in the high traffic area but worth the effort!

Location; Good, Parking; Street, Service; Good, Price for food received; okay. Overall; A first time try and it was worth a stop. The place seemed busy when we entered. We noticed the meals were family style so a plate can feed 3 people at minimum. With a taste for seafood we ordered the Pad Thai Noodle with seafood and combination rice also with shrimp as part of the meal. The disappointment for both plates was the lack of shrimp and for the Pad Thai, scallops. We hope this was a mistake but will look other at other places before we land here again. The taste was good but it was minimal on the best items.

We came late on a Sunday night for dinner. We were greeted with a friendly smile and hello. We ordered three dishes: the BBQ Beef Short Ribs which were very tender and flavorful; the Thai scallops which were cooked with chopped vegetables, and the Thai Pad See Ew noodles with large shrimp. The portions were large, and all the food was excellent. With the tip, the bill came to $60 which I thought was fine for the quality and portions. We took home enough food for another meal. We will return to this place again.

I ordered take out over the phone, I parked on the street, convenient parking everywhere with plenty of banks in the nearby vicinity.

-The Chicken fried rice was great and really hard to mess up considering its just rice in a wok with some sesame oils, chicken, veggies and soy. 13.95 for that and worth it.

-The pad thai came with 2 sad looking pieces of shrimp on the side with the tail still on, bland noodles with the smallest sliver of pad thai sauce + 5oz of chicken at the max for an additional 6 dollar charge. $18.95 for that.

-Mangos and sticky rice were never in the bag. For 2 orders I was charged 16$.

All in all I paid $60 with a generous tip as I was rushed out the door by a young man and an older woman with the bag in her hand.

I make it home and call about the mango and sticky rice, Which isnt even on their menu as I checked online. And they tell me to drive all the way back from san luis obispo to pick up 16 dollars worth of mangos and some rice with condensed sweetened milk.

I never went back...

You know - did you ever see that Cheech n Cho g movie,"Up in Smoke"? They had a scene in a restaurant where they kept ordering plates of food. That was Lady Myra & her clan. 2 tables, 10 or so plates of everything, a always crowded. And we are there trying to figure out where to place the continuing influx of hot plates much less eating from our laps(almost) pot stickers, coconut soup, jasmine rice, beef and brocolli - all the usual suspects! I usually have the Tai beer but chose the hot Ginger tea. Mmmmmm- good on a foggy Morro Bay evening. Service is great. They have a relaxed atmosphere. Always crowded. Always great chow. They serve beer/wine. Great to phone in and take back to your hotel or dine in and absorb the smells...

What a disappointment! This place is such a hole. First, the ambience is anything but authentic; a dumpy and filthy “dining room” playing R&B music instead of music that captures a Thai experience. The pot stickers were low-grade FROZEN product instead of fresh made. The pad Thai was a disgusting plate of over-cooked and gelatinous noodles with the bean sprouts—and all other ingredients—just cooked in at a high temperature. Anyone knows that proper pad Thai should have numerous FRESH ingredients on top, but this place is too lazy and uses substandard ingredients to do that. My wife had curry that had RAW/HARD potatoes and carrots, yet the low-grade chicken was tough as leather! Don’t go to this place! A...
