Do not waste your time going to this location! After a day of fishing in Cayucos with my dad who is a stage 4 melanoma survivor, he just wanted to stop to get something to ease the pain for the ride home so we decided to stop here. We walk in and were handed a buzzer and told to go in wait for the buzzer to go off and it would be our turn, after walking in we noticed the young guy with glasses behind the counter working with one woman and did not even acknowledge us as customers coming in. After standing there for a solid ten minutes waiting for him to finish helping the lady infront of us our buzzer never went off but we figured since she was the only one there at the time that we were next so we went down to the other end of the counter where we were interested in products and instead of this guy helping us he just decides to start helping the customers who barely started walking through the door from the lobby, being confused of how they help people in order at this location we waited another few minutes and buzzer still never went off. At that point we were done. Handed the buzzer back and complained about the customer service where finally the guy with glasses behind the counter acknowledged us being there but by being rude to my dad. That was just Ridiculous and we are regular customers of their Grover beach location where not only are we nicely greeted but they actually know how to help customers in order and have never had an issue, so obviously this location needs some more training In courtesy, time management, and multi tasking because if you have customers who have never been there before how are they supposed to know where to go or how the line works if no one even acknowledges them being there and the guy upfront checking people in needs to make sure if he hands a buzzer out that it’s actually charged up and functioning. Later I called to speak to a manager where I was told by the same guy that she was busy and took down my name and number saying she would call me but of course I never received a call back making even the management unprofessional. If you guys have the time just keep driving south to their Grover beach location, that’s the only location we will be visiting from now on no matter where we are coming from because there they don’t disappoint like they did...
Read moreBuyer be ware. I went here for the holiday sales and picked up two Field rosin pens. I confirmed with the girl (who I later found out was supposedly the manager named Connie) that they were half off and again so at the register when the price seemed high. She assured me so and I left. When I got home I double checked my receipt to find that they had in fact overcharged me (by about $15). Normally I’d chalk it up to a misunderstanding but was pretty irritated that I’d double checked twice and still got overcharged. I called then and they said I’d have to come in for a refund. I said fine and made another trip to get. Fast forward a few days, the one pen I’d opened was making me choke it was so harsh and clogged, so I figured it needed a charge. Plugged in came back the pen was completely dead, this was after 5 hits. I went in to the store to ask what they could do as you could see the pen was still full and I’d just bought it. I spoke to Moses, who was supposedly a supervisor, offered me a refund on the unopened pen and said there wasn’t anything they could do for the opened one and I’d need to reach out to Field direct for help but they’d take care of me, so I did. Now after 3 months of back and forth with them(they are terrible at responding promptly) I’ve come to find out that NHC straight up lied to me and field. The company said that after speaking with the management at NHC they were told I was offered a full refund and refused it. They said I’d have to take it up with them and that they could facilitate a store credit. So let me ask, why would I want to go through the run around of dealing with this company who I didn’t do business with if I was offered a refund on the spot? NHC has proven to be dishonest on multiple occasions and over petty amounts. They had every opportunity to make things right and instead they lied and sent me on a goose chase. This bud tender told me these gummies are some of the best...well I ate the whole 100 MG bag and felt absolutely nothing so got ripped off there. So I only shop there if absolutely necessary and would still rather drive to Grover Beach for some Urban Leaf...never have been duped into buying anything there. Update...owner replies months later...let's talk about this in person...how about 👎? Like I said...never shopping there again...twice ripped off and lied to. Avoid this crap dispensary!
