For the price, it's decent! You'll be safe and have a comfortable bed to sleep in. It does not have a bug problem. I do think there are some areas that could be improved.

Pros: Location is relatively close to the highway which makes it easier to travel. Location is far enough from busy streets that it's pretty quiet in the rooms! Security cameras in the parking lot, very well lit parking lot made me feel safe having my car parked there. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful when we did interact with them. Bed was comfy, room was aesthetically pleasing. We enjoyed the cable TV in the rooms Good water pressure for showers and the shower head stream is adjustable. AC worked great, mini fridge also was adequate. If you are tall of have tall traveling partners, the furniture here is really great for them. (My 6'5" husband loved the taller shower head in particular.) Vending machines near the elevator for snacks! Absolutely NO bed bugs!!

Cons: Our room wasn't cleaned very well. The floor had crumbs and hair towards the corners, hair in the shower, and there was a dirty rag underneath the sink. While checking for bed bugs, we also noticed a LOT of crumbs and other nastiness in the crevices of the chairs. This was a bummer considering we checked in very late at night, so it's not as if the didn't have the chance to clean it. To be fair to the hotel, we didn't raise this concern with the front desk when we checked in (we were simply too tired). The bedding was cleaned though so we decided to keep the room. Your experience in this hotel may be influenced by other guests. When we checked in, there were some noisier young folks drinking down the hall which was pretty loud from the hallway, and a lady across from our room having a very loud intimate moment with her partner. We didn't hear it in our room, but we did hear it from the hallway. We could hear a little from the folks below us, so I imagine if we had neighbors next to us or above us we would hear it in our rooms. We didn't have any noise disturbances in our room, but keep that in mind if you're a light sleeper. Soaps provided in the room are VERY drying. Not a lot of soap/makeup remover/extras. The coffee provided for breakfast in the lobby was not great.

I didn't really check out the breakfast or the workout area so I can't speak too much to that.

Overall, would I stay here again? Maybe if I'm on a budget. I think if their prices were raised, I would consider going elsewhere. Should they improve on their cleaning I think I would book with...

Swift and easy check in yesterday ! Hannah M was the front desk clerk who checked us in! She was very friendly and accommodating of all our needs! The room was awesome and so modern. The pics are true (unlike other competitors) The bed was so comfortable my husband and I hardly wanted to get up for breakfast 😆 Alex I believe was the morning front desk clerk and she was also very friendly and willing to assist me for breakfast questions and an additional towel. Blanca the breakfast attendant was phenomenal and has a great selection (Biscuits & Gravy, sausage patties, egg whites , boiled eggs , waffles , muffins , oatmeal , cereal, Milk , coffee and juices. Oh yes I saw a few bananas as well) not too bad of a selection to me lol You cannot take the food to your room you must consume in the breakfast area or outside(only peeve I had but not the worst) One sort or minor issue (sound reduction from windows you may hear some of the area traffic or if someone has a amped up car and wants to speed up and down the area you’ll hear that so I’d say If you’re a light sleeper you may need ear plugs or a sound machine to drown out certain noises. )

Overall we will definitely come back for sure it was a lovely stay! Great...

Horrible horrible. I do not recommend this place I was lied to. I had 2 small dogs and when I made my reservation over the phone as well as checking in the front desk I was told that I needed $100 deposit and when I left I would get my hundred dollars back as long as nothing was damaged in the room I clean my room before I left left a nice tip and went to the front desk to check out they told me my deposit would be put on my put back in my debit card within a day or two and it took me two weeks going back and forth with them I also called corporate and corporate told me that my deposit was already sent through as well as the front desk guy telling me that my deposit was going through and that I should call my bank one in fact they didn't even send my deposit when I called back two and a half weeks later they told me that they kept it for my dog stay being there. So needless to say besides corporate lying to me in the front desk lying to me I will not stay at another hotel like that. And if this is reaches 2 to 3 people without staying there then...
