We booked a room for 2 nights, for our family, though an agent, who said, it was close to our destination. It turned out to be too far so I called the agent back within 10 minutes of booking the reservation, who put me on hold and contacted the hotel and they both agreed to cancel the reservation. Within the next couple days, they credited my card for one half of the cost of the reservation. I waited a week and then began contacting the hotel for the other half of the balance. The hotel gave me an email to the management and, after numerous emails to them and double-checking to ensure we had the correct email address and getting NO RESPONSE from the management, I contacted the hotel and the clerk put me on hold and came back on and said she took care of it and I should see it in the next 5-7 days. Two weeks later, I had not seen the credit and again contacted the clerk at the hotel and she informed me that there is no way a clerk can do anything as they do not have that access. She stated that she would personally contact the management and get them to resolve the issue. After another week of not hearing from anyone (and two more emails sent to management), I contacted her again and spoke to the same woman who took my information again and stated she would have someone from management contact me. After another two weeks and two more emails, I have not heard from anybody nor have I received my funds
I had intended on possibly using this hotel for future reference but, after looking at the HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE reviews and seeing that they did nothing to resolve this matter (besides the lady who said she would contact them), unless you WANT TO BE THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTED in your stay, AVOID THIS HOTEL AND ANY OTHER ONE THEY MAY BE MANAGING. It is a horribly managed property and you will be thoroughly disappointed, just by their review statistics. But, out of a half dozen emails and close to that in personal requests with the hotel staff, there is no conclusion that I can come to other than it being intentional.
We gave them a 1 out of 5 because they do not offer a...

Zero Stars - Avoid Like the Plague!
I've had the misfortune of staying in some questionable places in my time, but this dump takes the cake. Or rather, it takes the moldy, rotten cake that's been left out for weeks.
The moment I walked in, I was hit with a wall of stench that would make a sewer jealous. The air was thick with the smell of decay, rot, and despair. I thought I was entering a war zone, not a place of lodging.
The floor was sticky with who-knows-what, and the walls were adorned with mysterious stains that seemed to shift and writhe like living things. And don't even get me started on the "furniture" - a sagging bed with what I can only assume were bed bugs doing the cha cha slide on the mattress.
But wait, it gets better! The pièce de résistance was the infestation of cockroaches. I'm not talking about a few stray critters; I'm talking about a full-blown, biblical plague-level infestation. They scurried across the countertops, crawled on the walls, and even had the audacity to scuttle across my skin while I was trying to sleep.
And don't even get me started on the "bathroom". I use quotes because it was little more than a glorified hole in the ground with a toilet seat slapped on top. The shower was a mysterious substance that I can only assume was water, but it smelled suspiciously like drain cleaner.
In short, this place is a biohazard. It's a health risk, a safety risk, and a risk to your very sanity. Avoid it like the plague. Avoid it like a zombie apocalypse. Avoid it like a - well, you get the idea.
DO NOT STAY HERE. DO NOT BREATHE THE AIR. DO NOT LOOK...
