Super rude employee today. Came up to me and said not to mess up store because she was working by herself. My toddler misplaced 2 toys and she put them back. Bunch of other kids touching everything, playing with everything and she didn’t say anything. Then I go to pay for overpriced toys and I had bad service and couldn’t transfer money from my savings. I asked her how to do cash app pay since I had funds on it and they advertised it on their machine. She was completely ignoring me texting on the her phone. I tapped by cash app card, paid for my order and she didn’t even say thank you or have a nice day, kept staring at her phone. I asked her why she hates her job so much and having attitude. I asked for my refund and she said store credit only. I asked for manager, because I didn’t want to do business with that store. I am not willing to spend my hard earned money at the store who doesn’t appreciate its customers....

Purchasing some stuff for Christmas, everything is obviously over priced then what you can order online but hey, it’s the week before Christmas so I’ll pay it anyways. A nice man was ringing me up and as he was about to tell me the total a woman with tattoos comes over and takes the packs of Pokémon cards out of my shopping bag and tells me (very rudely) I was only allowed to buy one. I said ok since I know they’re hard to find right now and they want to save some for other customers. Then when I went to pay she told me I wasn’t allowed to pay cash. I can understand if you’ve already pulled your drawer for closing but an hour ahead of time? With a mall full? When I asked for my receipt she told me there were no refunds. She made it very difficult to be a customer and is a good example of why these brick and mortar toy stores are going out of business. I...

Love the toys but the service was terrible. The second I walked in the store one of the associates came and stood next to me while i was searching through the name tags. She didn’t greet me she just stood by me as if i was stealing. Mind you the store was literally full of people I was the only one of color in the store. So I moved to the back to look at the transformers toys for my nephew and the same store associate came on the aisle walked in front of me and stared. It frustrated me because the store was full of people why was I singled out like that and why am I being followed. I only had a Victorias secret bag in my hand, and the other customers had bags in their hands well. They were not being followed!
