Last Saturday, my cousin and I went to the Paper Store at the Amherst Street location in Nashua. We waited at the jewelry case, waiting for a store associate to assist us. After waiting for approximately 15 minutes, I got in the checkout line to request help while my cousin continued waiting at the jewelry counter. After speaking with the associate working the checkout counter, I rejoined my cousin. We waited another 10 minutes and finally gave up and left. The whole time that we were waiting to be acknowledged and assisted, there was this one store associate that was engaged in a friendly conversation with an apparent acquaintance/friend. At one point, she looked over towards my cousin and their eyes met but then she just turned back to her friend and continued their conversation. Their were two women working at the checkout and this third woman who was just there to collect a paycheck apparently. This was incredibly rude and inconsiderate of both the customers and her coworkers. We were not acknowledged from the time we entered the store until we left. Typically, I am greeted when I go to a Paper Store. I would appreciated just...
Read moreThe young woman who checked me out today was ... interesting. I would have left feedback directly with the store if there were anything but an 800 number to contact. She spent 5 min on the phone with a customer, never calling another associate to help. This included when she went to look at items for the phone customer. I figured she must be the only employee until a young lady came up and checked the person behind me out just as the woman finished with the call and started my transaction. The other cashier finished her sale and attempted to help bag, and the woman said, "what are you doing?" The lady said, "I'm trying to help." To which the woman responded, "I don't need your help." The woman said everything with an attitude. The woman needs to know that good customer service is not merely being pleasant towards the customer but also towards coworkers in front of the customers. Please note, age is not representative of "woman" and "lady" but rather indicative of...
Read moreIn-store experience was very lacking. Placed an online order never received email confirmation after quite a few hours..I just went to the store. Walked to the counter found one girl on her phone in front of the online order rack. She did not help or acknowledge me someone else came from around the corner to grab the bag that was literally 2 feet away from her! The receipt on it was three and a half almost 4 hours earlier than than my arrival. It was ready for pickup not even an hour after I placed the order, and I never received ANY notification nor confirmation emails. Staff is the issue here. Not the products. Love what I chose and got a freebie...
