I will not be returning and would not recommend to others.
It must be the new management that made this place the way it is now. I hope they can fix their issues, spray for bugs and work out the internet issues and learn to be better with customers. I hope management will eventually contact me.
Issue 1 - No WiFi on 7th floor Issue 2 - Bad customer service Issue 3 - Moving 5 different times over 30 days Issue 4 - Spiders in 3/5 of the rooms Issue 5 - No response from management Issue 6 - fire alarm problems. Evacuation
I did an extended stay for 30+ days as this was a business trip and this location is close to my work.
I was put on the 7th floor, which gave a nice view to the south. The only problem was I couldn’t connect to the WiFi.
I ended up moving 5 times over the course of my stay, in order to get a room where I could utilize the WiFi. Every time I would speak with the front desk they would be short and unpleasant to deal with, except for Brandi and Lance. “D” tried telling me thats it’s my fault that all 5 of my devices are unable to connect to the internet despite the videos I took of my devices connecting and dropping off constantly. Turns out you just have to be put in a room close to the router… but finding out where the routers are is the hard part.
The cleaners did a good job with cleaning my room and I started tipping them generously. Shout out to them!
Shout out to Lance and Brandi for being the only pleasant employees to assist with the room changes and WiFi problems!
I found spiders in my bed and was bit multiple times on my leg and right arm and forehead. I tried to speak to the front desk but they brushed it off like it wasn’t a big deal. Probably thought it was my fault…
There was multiple times my fire alarm would go off in the rooms throughout odd hours, then shut off. One time we had to evacuate the hotel but the staff wouldn’t tell us what happened. Lasted about an hour of standing in the parking lot. No actual fire, I believe it was due to a malfunction.
All hours of the night, you could hear the individuals in the room above doing EVERYTHING. And I mean everything…
It’s a far walk to the parking lot.
I am a dedicated Marriott rewards member too and I always give the deserved review. So all-in-all, I would not stay here again. I used to think this was a nice place to stay, but given my last experience, not anymore. I requested management to contact me, but they must be too busy to discuss the concerns I have. It’s been a week since I checked out and not a single email, voicemail or missed call.
In my opinion, the only thing this hotel is good for, is the Atlantis sports club which is the gym. Compared to other hotels, this gym is nicer than most.
I hope this review was helpful to others when deciding to book with this Sheraton, but unfortunately it will probably...
Read moreI had the pleasure of experiencing the Sheraton Nashua, NH, post the culmination of its renovation journey. The result of this transformation was impressive, as it blended modern style and sophistication into the castle-like structure. This captivating fusion of whimsy and elegance leaves an indelible mark, creating a truly positive experience.
The spacious rooms are an unexpected delight, exuding a captivating modern ambiance that radiated both comfort and refinement. What caught my attention was the thoughtful incorporation of modern architectural elements, including a versatile high-low table that effortlessly facilitated business meetings within the comfort of my room. This clever addition made my month-long stay exceptionally productive, and the seamless functionality added a remarkable sense of cohesiveness to the overall design. The culinary escapades at the Sheraton Nashua are equally delightful. The restaurant's food fare embarks on a culinary journey of its own, offering a nice selection that caters not only to a diverse range of preferences but also showcases an array of delicious vegetarian/vegan adaptable delights. The pinnacle of luxury, the Titanium Club, provides an exclusive and refined ambiance that further elevated my stay.
Yet, what truly set this establishment apart is the extraordinary leadership of the General Manager, Beth Osborne. Her unwavering commitment to the hotel's revitalization can be witnessed in every detail, as she infused a distinct impact throughout the entire experience. Beth's professionalism and unwavering can-do attitude was an inspiration, fostering an environment where employees are nurtured, trained, and exposed to leadership excellence. Her presence was everywhere, as she seamlessly transitioned between various tasks and personally engaged with guests, enveloping the atmosphere with an aura of warmth and genuine care. Beth’s ability to seamlessly step into any role, whether it be guiding, teaching, or even crafting the perfect soy caramel double cappuccino for me, left an indelible mark. It was unmistakably evident that Beth's role transcended that of a mere hotel manager; for she was the cultivator of an atmosphere defined by unwavering excellence.

Read morePicture this: a weary traveler stumbles upon a seemingly ordinary hotel, only to discover that it's anything but. Welcome to my stay at the Sheraton Nashua, where the mundane meets the magical, the absurd meets the amazing, and Salvador Dali would be proud to call it home.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by a concierge who looked suspiciously like a young Albert Einstein, hair askew and all. He swiftly checked me in, handed me a room key shaped like a melting clock, and assured me that "time is relative" at the Sheraton Nashua.
As I entered the elevator, I was pleasantly surprised to find the buttons replaced with a spinning wheel of fortune. I gave it a whirl and, as fate would have it, landed on my assigned room number. The doors opened to reveal a hallway adorned with M.C. Escher-esque staircases leading to seemingly impossible destinations.
Finding my room was a breeze, thanks to the helpful trail of breadcrumbs left by the hotel's resident fairy tale enthusiast, Hansel. I entered my suite to find a whimsical display of floating furniture, secured to the ceiling by gravity-defying balloons. The pièce de résistance was an enchanting four-poster bed with levitating pillows that seemed eager to cradle my head for the night.
Dinner was a gastronomical trip down the rabbit hole at the hotel's very own "Wonderland Bistro." The culinary experience began with a dish called "Invisible Gazpacho" – a delightful broth that appeared to be nothing more than a shimmering mirage on my plate. My main course, "Backwards Beef Wellington," was a mouthwatering dish that magically deconstructed itself with each bite.
The evening's entertainment took place in the hotel's "Dadaist Lounge," where a band of Dodo birds performed a rousing rendition of Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody." Their vocal range was truly impressive, especially considering their extinction status.
As I returned to my room and prepared for bed, I was visited by the "Goodnight Giraffe," a gentle creature who appeared at my window to read me bedtime stories from a book of Dr. Seuss classics. His soothing voice quickly lulled me to sleep, and I drifted off to a dreamscape as surreal as the hotel itself.
In conclusion, the Sheraton Nashua provided a stay like no other – a delightful dance between reality and fantasy. If you're looking for a hotel experience that defies logic, tickles your funny bone, and transports you to a realm where the impossible becomes possible, look no further than this otherworldly...
