I love the products here but this store is not managed well and does not treat customers with online orders and returns well in this new store they have an online pickup window and yet they make you stand in the checkout line to get online orders even if there is 20 people what’s the point they should put a button at the online pick up desk Lastly I ordered shoes online they were supposed to be waterproof and were defective and the store did not want to issue a return so I had to do online and they charge shipping fees when you mail returns what a racket It’s a shame what the TJX Corp has done to this formerly great customer focused...

Ok so I am an avid outdoorsman, llbean has always been my go to when I lived in maine. When I moved south, I opted for tjmax for footwear as they had great deals. But I noticed outdoor footwear disappeared. Fashion only, then I went here. My entire family left with 2 pairs each of nice boots and shoes we needed at well below dsw price. I ventured-into this new store, while the rest of the family bought groceries in the same mall. My online history led me to seek the in-person experience, which I enjoyed, and anticipate returning within a week.
