Any Home Goods store is a different experience. By that I mean, one store will have different items than the next. I never leave empty handed. I did have a strange experience at this particular store yesterday however. When I got to the register I put my purchases on the counter and told the clerk I had my own bags which I also put on the counter. She asked if I thought anything should be wrapped (they always wrap breakables in thick paper), I said no. She rang everything up, told me the total, and pushed everything back towards me to bag. That's never happened to me prior. They have an area behind the register to put the bags to fill them. The actual platform is very small, so I had a tough time getting the bags organized and putting things in them, while she just stood there looking at me. Very odd. Read moreI love this store I go multiple times a month and blow hundreds of dollars. They have beautiful home decor and their selection on mugs and tumblers are so cute and literally my fav. I do think Westford mass has a lot more options because it’s a bigger store but I have absolutely no complaints about this store it’s literally my favorite. The staff are really nice and the slim blonde boy is super friendly and nice all the time. This place is always clean and I’ve spotted a couple accidental merchandise breaks and they did not fuss they were just helpful and cleaned it up and continued about their day.
